i dont believe so.. but why would it only start when i just replace the rears as the cones had cracks. nothing else was done to it?

Guys , I just replaced my alpine speakers in the rear after hearing crackles when pumped up finding the cone had a split in it but since doing that i am now getting an alternator noise which is pissing me off. Does the atlernator have a condensor on it anymore or are they internal? Would putting a filter accross the amp (in boot) or headunit work and which one? I have put my cd on and it still comes through and even not starting the car i can even hear a slightly softened whire which i thought was my amp fan but it may not be.. any ideas would be greatly appreciated Dazza
