  1. Hello again ladies and gents. Well the time has finally come where we have a whole group of awesome Skyline/track orientated friends with track ready cars and this year IS going to be the best year of Barbagallo tuning days from a street car point of view tanks to those who commit and get amongst it. Without hesitation, I'd like to kick of this years SAUWA thread by inviting you all out tomorrow Thursday 5th March to the Race Tuning day, where there will be a fantastic line up of at least 8 mental skylines of various models and modifications. Just like last year, feel free to post up anything regarding the upcoming track days and keep in touch to try and better the turn outs each time. I also strongly encourage any new comers to contact myself or any of the knowledgeable guys from last year to get the best advice on memberships and how things work to ensure you get the best bang for your buck, and we get the best/most suitable turnouts for each specific type of event. General info and events calendar can be found on the website - www.wascc.com.au Hope all is well and look forward to seeing you's all out there sometime soon! Cheers Brendan 0457 504 844
  2. Hey lads guess what; I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch but the blue monster is finally up and running again with a few extra mod's, and we are fitting a new clutch to Geoffrey's R33 GT-R this break, so we should be looking good to have both Blake cars at the track on the 14th ;-) Look forward to properly meeting you guys. I'll get on to Wes James if he doesn't see this message and make sure he is out there too ;-) Cheers Bren
  3. Still have these wheels for sale with the same tyres and same good healthy tread. Price drop - $500 firm
  4. G'day R34 GT-T standard brake kit for sale; Front brake calipers and lines, good condition Front standard rotors, good condition Rear brake calipers and lines, good condition No rear rotors Under 100,000 kms $200 Located Cloverdale, WA 0457 504 844 Cheers, Brendan
  5. My old man and I should have both the Blakey beasts back out there in action during November ;-) Until then, enjoy and keep in touch gentlemen.
  6. Speaking with Wes today and he confirmed it is official with the time sheet evidence - the almighty R32 of Mr James went 11.35 @ 206km/hr ;-) A very impressive new pb Wes!
  7. Making good progress getting rid of some stuff finally. The following parts we definitely know of that are left; R33 GT-R/RB26 parts; Fuel pump Injectors Engine valley (sky blue) camshafts + cam gears + valve springs engine mounts water pump HICAS unit front bar indicators turbo exhaust dump pipes Will update 34 GT-T/RB25 soon.
  8. A few extra little goodies re-discovered this afternoon for sale... R34GT-T standard brake kit; Front brake calipers and lines, good condition Front standard rotors, good condition Rear brake calipers and lines, good condition No rear rotors $200 X-FORCE 3 - 3.5" stainless high flow exhaust cat; The only thing that sucks for me about this is that I can't see an X-FORCE part number or any markings on the cat so I guess you sort of just have to take my word for it that it is genuine - I have original receipt from Just Jap, I can prove the exact Just Jap part number - XFCATHF3INCH-TYPE3 (pretty sure it's a 200 cell cat), and Daren from Just Jap can confirm my account details to prove I am genuine if need be. I had it on the car for about 1 year before changing to de-cat pipe, still presents in mint/as new condition $100
  9. Well last night was a hell of a turn out with the place maxing out to the 180 car limit, and proved to be an awesome night with a shit load of great cars and great people. Very surprised to see no comments on here after seeing at least a dozen fantastic skylines and a few SAUWA stickers. Had a chat to a couple off seemingly really good blokes so hopefully you guys will get on here and make yourselves known some time soon. Apart from the shit load of awesome various Jap cars and high end V8's, some of the Skyline highlights would probably be; A few very clean 32 GT-R's ranging between low 11's and mid 12's Lots of GTS-T's ranging between 12 - 14's from what I saw Plenty of RB noise and some very quality driving (including some good burnouts) - very good to see gentlemen! The old boy just cracked in to the 11's for the first time with his R33 GT-R before the clutch had enough and prevented any further improvements.
  10. Complete Defi gauge kit - sold There is a lot of extra OEM stuff not listed so anyone genuine chasing anything in particular similar to the above, feel free to give me a buzz and if I have anything you want, I'll give you the address to come and view. I apologise for not having every individual item listed but it's honestly like a bloody jap wreckers in our shed at present so I don't have time to sit down and list it all. Both our cars have been extremely custom modified so there's heaps of intake/cooler parts, standard radiator, brake kits, RB26 engine little bits & bobs, speedo clusters + some interior parts, there's a kick arse aftermarket sound system out of the 34, wheels, wheel nuts etc Honestly, don't hesitate to arrange a time with me to come and see what we have. We'd really like to get most of the shed parts cleaned out by Tuesday next week. Cheers
  11. Right you pack of skyline no-shows :-p Short notice but the old man and I are both off work and in Perth today so I've managed to convince him to race the 33 GT-R down the drags tonight. Few Skyline enthusiast friends heading down so don't be shy to get in touch and come down for a run or a look. I hate to "talk it up" or speak to soon but the last time the old boy ran the GT-R, he managed some consistent low 12's with a few 12.0''s on streets but couldn't crack the 11's, so given that it's a had a few touch ups and mod's since then, it could be interesting to see... It will make plenty of noise and be a ball of fun if nothing else. As always, if anyone new or unsure is chasing some quick info, feel free to give me a buzz - 0457 504 844 Hope to see you there. Cheers Bren
  12. I might be able to slip up for a look lads. See how I go. Would be good to get to know a few of you other lads properly - faces to names etc. Jared; You are a douche, give me call some time ... That is all :-p
  13. Most part still for sale/give away, along with some other parts I've found laying in the sheds to suit R33GT-R and R34GT-T. Too much to list. If I can't get them gone soon, most of the standard OEM parts will end up at the tip (e.g. air flow meters, intake and cooler piping etc) so will be happy to give away for next to nothing. Need this stuff gone - will be chucking most things out if no interest by next week. Not money hungry - just need the space, so for most parts (as long as I get something instead of nothing at all), get in touch, come and view, and grab a good deal/free parts. Refer above posts and please give my mobile a text or call as I am not regularly on here - 0457 504 844 Cheers Brendan
  14. Old boy all geared up and ready. Apparently Laurence will be there in his white 33 too! ;-) Look forward to seeing more out there!!!
  15. Cheers Steve. Junzy; They are standard 34 GT-T rims with the stud pattern as Steve mentioned. I believe they are 17" x 8" all round. Feel free to message or call if interested - 0457 504 844 Keen to free up some space in the shed!
  16. Still have this sub and now considering selling the entire sound system (installed new big $$$). Pioneer head unit LCD touch screen, Amp, wiring, 10" kicker sub etc Seeking expressions of interest and can look at more details if need be. Best contact via phone - 0457 504 844
  17. Still have wheels and still interested in getting them out of the shed
  18. G'day gang. Been a while. My old boy is expressing interest in the race tuning day coming up Friday 11 July and will be there in his 33 GT-R, trying out his new quaife front diff and fresh R888 tyres so will be interesting to see any time improvements. Let us know who else is coming out ;-) Cheers Bren
  19. Oh that sucks man. Should catch up soon mate
  20. G'day gang I'm off work and trying to tee up a few mates to hit the final whoop ass Wednesday drags night on the 28th (this coming Wednesday). I won't be running but I'm coming down to help out and encourage a freshman with his stock-ish 34 GT-T. Should be a bit of fun. Hoping a few of you lads might want to come down and either run or just meet up. If there's anyone who hasn't done drag racing before or who is just unsure about anything, this would be a great opportunity to come down and have a go without any judgement. I won't be running so I'll be more than happy to help out with anything, or just emotional support if you want a passenger in the car with you etc, as I'll be helping out my mate 'the freshman' anyway haha On the flip side, this would also be a good night for any experienced blokes to come down and show me a thing or 2 as well! I will also have my video cameras with me so I can also offer some services there. You blokes must be getting sick of me dribbling on here anyway so come down and get amongst it! Cheers Bren
  21. G'day Selling my original GT-T rims. Wheels are complete with centre caps, good condition, the usual minor imperfections on a few. All wrapped in Kumho Ecsta series KU31's with 85% + tread (these tyres go brand new for around $160 each from local dealers) Asking $700 Located in Cloverdale, WA Haven't got pic's at present but if it's really necessary then I can arrange. I'm off work and I'm home for the next 2 weeks so feel free to get in touch and can view the wheels any time. Cheers Brendan 0457 504 844
  22. G'day mate. Would you consider selling rears only? Also wondering if these could suit a 34 GT-T (even if minor mod's apply) ?? Cheers
  23. Apologies extreme short notice. Us Blake Boys will be there tomorrow with the old boy's R33 GT-R. Look forward to catching up with who ever comes out ;-)
  24. Right gang I've just got off the phone WASCC yet again to try and sort this out once and for all. Here are a few key points to add; Everything I have said so far stands L2 membership also gives you the opportunity to privately hire the track (obviously additional track hire fees will apply) and L4 does not Those who currently already have the L4 membership and doing "your car our track days" are welcome to just keep doing that if they want but (as I said before) when there is a busy turn out, just bare in mind that you may be on track with inexperienced people in extremely slow cars Those who already have L4 membership but now want to change to L2 membership and join us for "race tuning days" with the additional membership benefits (such as free V8 supercar entry and private track hire etc) can do so by calling the race office and paying the difference for the upper membership For anyone new to this thread and/or for anyone who still has questions or confusion, feel free to call the WASCC office on 9306 8022. The website info is very piss poor and disorganised this year but at least staff are friendly and willing to help or will pass on a message to race management if need be. Hope this helps guys. Also can feel free to call me if you like 0457 504 844. I may not answer but will get back to you within a few days. Cheers Bren
