Hi Guys, Just wanted to say a special thank you to the organizers and volunteers who helped make the weekend a great success. Although I did not compete at Wakefield but went to watch on the Friday, there seemed to be plenty of track time with nice cars and well behaved drivers on board. The Airport run was very well organized once the cold snap dissappeared lol, There seemed to be quite a few spectators turning out and we all had ample runs even though we probably shifted 3 ton of Blue Metal Gravel onto the grass. Some even tried to race the plane. The Show & Shine was well represented and seemed to have a heavy flow of people coming an going, and great looking cars of all models. Hey guys attended Eastern Creek Sunday 21st August 2011 for the Shannons Day. Heaps and heaps of manufacturers there, some great looking Datsun 1600's - but no Nissan's as such as a club Maybe next year for this event or even the Muscle Car Masters would be a great representation. If any one is interested I am happy to start the ball rolling and organizing We have a great club and would be great to be seen at these events in a big way Thanks

Hi Guys, The Muscle Car Masters is on again this year, plenty of cars, great history and close up with the old drivers. Has anyone thought about entering some of our cars on display. Holden Ford Chrysler are all represented and get to do a track parade. Why not Nissan NSCC was there last year with some cars why dont we represent I would be interested to hear from anyone ad if we have the numbers we can apply to ARDC Take Care By the way the event is on Fathers Day Dean31

Hi Guys, Just to let you now once again I entered Nissan Skyline GTS-R in Regularity with Festival Of Sporting Cars at Eastern Creek 2011 at Easter. Having competed with Festival Of Sporting Cars in Regularity at Bathurst 2010 it was another enjoyable event. Charles Jardine and his staff and volunteers did the most fantastic job - Thursday's practice with a lot of tution if needed from the Masters like Mal Brewster, Spencer Martin etc along with a lot of information an history Friday, Saturday and Sunday saw great racing of all classes and ample Regularity runs and even included John Bowe running around in a Mustang. I suggest all members with eligible cars enter next year or even Wakefield later in the year To see results and pics log onto FOSC home page Regards, Ray Dean

Hi Have had Mark from MRC virtually rebuild a lot of my GTS-R after another supposedly reputable workshop carried out work on my car. Mark has not only rectified the shoddy workmanship but totally transformed the car to something it has never been I have had suspension re done along with motor and various other components, and let me say it is a total different package Have recommended a good friend of mine to him who has a WRX, and again Mark carried out a transformation of brakes etc handling to suit Would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who wants quality work done on there pride and joy Ray Dean DEAN31

Hey Guys, Just thought I would let you now I had the prviledge of competitng in Regularity 2 at Bathurst 2010 FOSC Event. The event was proffesionall conducted and I was able to do the 'Masters' on Friday as well as qualifying sessions and then the regularities. At any one time there was only 30 cars in my session. They soon spaced out quickly, and except for 'Driver' error with a few there were no mishaps. The track was ours and you could breathe easy. Will post some pics soon Dean31 Nissan Sklyine GTS-R
