  1. The cars looking great Russ & congrats on your performances at Superlap! Let me know if you plan on any testing days at QR over the next month or so as I would be keen as to get some testing in with the Evo also. Cheers Cam
  2. Hey Coop, Awesome stuff mate, great work! Can't wait to see it in the flesh, hopefully at a track real soon.... I've been having a few chats with Ryan & I may well be coming up to Townsville in June with the Evo, so hopefully see you then mate! Cheers Cam
  3. Go the Qlders, & ALL 1st timers at the track too, just for good measure! Well done to Mark & Russ on a fantastic result, well deserved, especially considering the car was in 2wd mode! Great performance by Mark Rayner also to dip into the 29's on semi's. Considering there is 4 to 5 seconds in slicks, it would have been very interesting to see what times he would have got down to. Next year we'll see, that's for sure. Unfortunately I could not run my good engine for the event, so I swapped back to my old 2 litre engine which was only good for 259kw's on pump, so I was very happy to get down to the time I did on a handful of dry laps. It was not fun seeing another Evo pull away from me on every straight I tell you!!!!! Cheers Cam
  4. Yes I did, I'm not interested in selling the rims at this stage. Thanks
  5. This car is one of the best examples of a lightly modified R34 GTR in Australia, setup specifically for daily driving. This is an incredibly clean car, built once and built right for reliability and performance. This car will pass ANY inspection by the most astute buyer. No expense has been spared. I have spent over $40k (with all receipts available) on almost every area of the car. This car is rarely driven (as I own 4 cars) and has done less than 12,000 klms in the 18 months I have owned it. I have completely rebuilt the car with the sole purpose of having it suitable for daily driven duties. The engine has been completely rebuilt from the ground up by Nick Zervos of Advanced Performance Centre (APC) in Brisbane, one of Australia's most respected workshops and home of the fastest Evo in the world. The car currently puts out 280awkw on a safe pump fuel tune on the standard turbo's. It is incredibly responsive on the street and very quick. If the new owner wanted more power, the engine has been built to handle this & is as simple as bolting on two larger low mounts or a big single turbo. The car sits on immaculate, unmarked 19" Volk GT-C rims with Yokohama tyres. The wheels & tyres alone are worth $8k. 6. I should be out there again boys all going well, entry was sent yesterday! I've turned the wick up a bit on the Evo so hopefully she'll crack a 57. See ya's Sunday BTW here is some of my in car footage from the last round at Lakeside. This was early in the day & I was scrubbing in new tyres, later in the day I was hitting 5th gear from well before the right handerbefore the bridge which was a real rush!!
  7. Yeah thanks Ben, was great to meet you! When I wound the boost up in the last session I hit the backmarkers on my two flying laps, so there is some improvement there yet. Hope everything goes well with the line & see you out there again soon
  8. Yeah Ben, the car has been thru some major changes since then including a new engine combo. Had some final teething problems at Superlap which we have now ironed out, so looking forward to seeing how she goes! Will make sure I come over & say hi
  9. I'll be out there for the day doing some testing in the Evo & scrubbing in tyres etc for the Tour De Corse which starts next week
  10. That's just insanely fast around there! Congrats on the achievement, well done to both of you
  11. This is shaping up as one of the best Timeattack rounds in recent times as there will be all of the really quick Evo's in attendance & fingers crossed skc's sherpa will also rear it's head! Hope to see some other quick GTR's out there to keep giant's GTR company (hopefully u guys come out as that will make an awesome spectacle ) I also know a few of the Qld Evo contingent are trying to get Eddie & the Bel Garage Evo up for this too. If this happens, it could be the first time we have 5 + cars in the 55 sec & under bracket in the one group! Cheers Cam
  12. I have an entry that I bought at one of last year's charity auctions which am happy to sell if anyone is interested. Looking for what I paid for it, $2,800 (obviously team entry). Cheers Cam
