  1. does your AAC connected to your haltech? my friend here also uses haltech, but for AAC he says haltech needs additional controller to control AAC valve opening. Currently his aac valve isn't connected, and having same symptom like you. And also it stalls while parking (maneuvering/driving in slow speed). Basic function of AAC valve is to increase RPM when there's additional load like aircon and power steering, otherwise it would stall. Or just try to do simple fix by cleaning your AAC valve, works well on my rb20det, no more stalling issues
  2. what's the type of r32 rb20det clutch is it pull or push? I'm reading thread about nissan patrol's clutch which have 1500kg clamping pressure, compared to GTR stock pressure plate which only had 100-200kg more than stock rb20det clamping pressure.
  3. What type is GTR stock clutch? Is it pull or push? It gives higher clamping load, isn't it?
  4. hmm.. Okay then, I'll go figure myself. BTW nice work with digital climate control there mate. I'm lucky enough if only my aircon blows cool air.. It feels like in a sauna right now man, hott..
  5. Hi, Does GTR stock pressure plate fit into RB20DET motor? I'm currently in short of cash and I need a good clutch, surely can't afford aftermarket clutches. My RB are nearly stock, just FMIC, 3inch exhaust and a pod air filter. Maybe not more than 250HP on engine, never been dynoed And does it make good combination, gtr stock pressure plate with rb20det standard disc? Is it direct bolt or need some flywheel modification? If there's any other combination suggestion, please let me know. Really need your input mates, thanks.
  6. Thanks man, I'm downloading S13 FSM now. My cefiro does have an auto function in blower slider, it says OFF-AUTO-LOW-HIGH. The problem is, blower motor harness is not connected anywhere. I know from several nissan aircon manual, one cable from blower is connected to battery via relay, and other cable connected to resistor which controls blower speed. Where is that resistor located?
  7. Hey guys, I have apexi turbo timer with O2 sensor voltage reading feature. How do i know from voltage reading when my sensor are bad? When i put the ign into ACC (engine isn't started yet), the display reads 0.2 V from O2 sensor. Is it normal? I have 3 inch cat exhaust on my RB20DET, I thought when engine is off, outside air would came inside and make the sensor reads rich near 1 V (a lot of oxygen). Any thoughts? Thanks
  8. Hi there daisu, Since cefiro's wiring diagram is hard to find, which aircon diagram is the most similar to A31? I have r32, s13,s14,and s15. s15 is the most readable manual, and it has regular aircon (acording to your post above). My aircond wiring is messed up, fan blower cables are going nowhere. And my cabin is hott. Below is s15 aircon main wiring diagram, is it similar with ceffy's? And where is "fan resistor" which control blower speed located? Is it behind the glove box with 4-5 wire harness? When i took that off, it doesn't look like a resistor, it's more like a temperature sensor (?), shaped like a comb/brush. Thanks
  9. hey, how did you fit r32 speedo into ceffy's dash? i have one from halfcut and the size is bigger than ceffy's.
  10. nice ceffy you got there! can you post your engine bay pics?
  11. taiwanese autobahn88 also sells gtr type intercooler, check www.autobahn88.com, priced about USD 350
  12. Hi. Since no one replied, so i decided to do this by hardwiring. Pretty easy stuff actually. Here's simple instruction: timer red goes to +12V constant (white + red stripe from ign) timer blue goes to ACC signal (blue from ign wiring) timer green goes to ON signal (black + yellow stripe from ign wiring) gray goes to e-brake signal white goes to o2 sensor black to ECU ground if white connected to O2 sensor, to chassis if white not connected anywhere
  13. There's a long thread about O2 sensor in General Maintenance section, i think it's also applicable on our ceffy. O2 sensor is basically a feedback for the combustion system. When it broke usually make the fuel economy worse.
  14. How about gasoline tank? Several articles i've read stated that empty tank would lead to corrosion because of water vapor. So it's better to fill up the tank. What do you guys think?
