  1. Haha I remember you complementing me when you walked past Nice s14 by the way, looks really neat and clean and I can say there are not many good ones out there! Love using my car for what it was made for and it's almost impracticable on our roads nowadays too!

  4. The last time I played an MMO was back in WOW during Burning Crusade. Not too sure if I'm keen on this. Need to gather more info once it's closer to the release date.
  5. My cardio is my weight training. I'm currently super setting two body parts and going heavy increasing with weight each set for both. Yesterday I did heavy flat dumbells press then into barbell row. Then I would do incline with close grip pull downs etc. Most exercises work the shit out of my core so I don't need to smash abs crazy. Perhaps twice a week I would just do 5 minute hovers and then have a medicine ball placed for more weight.
  6. Happened to me 2 weeks ago on my evo. One of the spark plugs was absolutely fried. Replaced them all and back to normal
  7. I've recently adapted to arching my back with my legs tucked in tight (mimics decline) i.e. using more of the other muscles rather than relying on just shoulders to help you push. Decline you actually use chest, shoulders and tri's a lot more hence why you can lift more.
  8. I tell you one thing though with evo models 7-9 and the X, they handle like your driving a go kart. You can throw them so hard in the corners when you've upgraded the tyres, added some sways and suspension. But they have very short gear ratios and can run out of puff mid way 3rd gear. Evo X has improved with it's handling performance no doubt but with the amount of after market availability for all evo's is just crazy. I remember wanting to buy a FQ series evo many years ago but couldn't happen.

  10. I admit it because I've broken the natural pathway. No point trying to act like I've achieved my results on protein powder, chicken and broccoli lol. Someone can blow up quite rapidly whilst on something. Scary part is after you stop. Having all the pct possible is the best thing possible. Still can't avoid the inevitable though...Just gotta train even harder!
  11. It's possible to burn more then what you eat. Lots of anaerobic exercise i.e. HIIT and weight training which burn a f**k load of calories and afterwards as well. I'm a fan of devouring bread with pb, rice and enormous amounts of meat, chicken and pork.

  13. Just got off my human growth cycle run whilst in Thailand. Had put on 5 kgs, ate 6000 calories, looked leaner and stronger. Now that I'm back from my honeymoon it's time to start a round of sust/deca combined with anavar. f**k supplements I say
