  1. get a new slave cylinder from nissan. it's been a while since i had a skyline but i found nissan were able to get almost any part required. wait time and price varied, but it was possible.
  2. I've had this non turbo diesel hilux for about a year now! It is gutless as anything. It requires gear changes to get up hills the skyline did not even notice. I miss a car that you can enjoy driving. Incidentally it is for sale http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/20...al-t252649.html I need a turbo hilux and a bigger tray! Wonder if the guy who bought my skyline is on here? UOC039 is the plate.
  3. my mate had one on his 180sx and didn't notice any difference. in fact it was a pain, because it meant the strut mount studs weren't long enough to have a strut brace and engine damper
  4. Hi all I sold my car last night! So sadly, I will no longer be a skyline or import owner. I'm hoping to do without a car for a while. Needless to say, I will be even less active than I have been recently. Feel free to pm me though if you want to ask anything. Thanks to everyone for their help over the years, especially Eug. You're a top bloke - always willing to take the time to help out and patient with the seeming ever increasing amount of stupid threads started (of which this is probably one!). I've got eyes for the V35 sedans - we'll see how long it takes for me to be tempted... Cheers Greg ps In the meantime I need to clear the parts in my sig, offers will be considered.
  5. definitely check FAST. it was floating around on the net before, or kindly ask a member here to check for you
  6. bump been offered 300, best offer by this afternoon takes them
  7. hi all sorry for not replying - been busy with work. when i get home later this avo i will get model numbers I purchased them from the official Bilstein distributor - they are the same as SK's group buy except they aren't machined for the circlips yet. I've only travelled 14,000kms on them. As new condition - no leaks or anything. They tested perfectly on a shock dyno.
  8. $440 sounds a bit expensive for the cat - should be able to do better than that if you look around Definitely fit it yourself, it's not hard if you have the right tools (basically just a good socket set and something to raise the car eg ramps/jack).
  9. need to sell no longer have a car!@
  10. can always make an offer on mine
