You can shim up viscous diff centres. Its just very difficult to get the right amount of pressure on the viscous hub thingy. I machined another factory shim and found it to be too tight, completely turned it into a locked diff. What you need to do is keep surface grinding the tickness down(or machine another shim) till you get some slippage on the sungears.

Are you sure the gearbox is a GTR? its not a GTS box is it?. Also I`m not sure if a GTR fuel pump would support 650-700hp (wheels or engine). What ecu runs the show?

Apparently using it on a regular basis it can damage fuel lines etc. Like Paul said every 4-5 tankfull and she should be sweet!. Has anybody recorded any power gains from using it?

I think they use those superchargers on the commondore 3.8 kits. I have also seen a 1 on a patrol with the rb30e. Good luck with it

Good luck with the welding of that crack!. Who will weld it for you? i cant remember who you mentioned. I would recomend pre heating the area and welding with some cast rods. Oh yeah i like the 4 door 2. Bit rough but should come up a real treat!
