  1. Up for sale is my 1999 R34 25GT. I've owned this car for over 3 years now, and as much as I love this car.... It's time to get something a little more practical and refined... At least until I can afford an R35. Year: 1999 Model: R34 25GT Drive: RWD Doors: 2 Transmission: Manual Colour: Polar White Kit: Factory Altia KMs: Approx 128,000 Service History: Major service at 110000km. Serviced every 5000km by my local mechanic. Coilpacks replaced at 115000km with Splitfires. Wheels: Genuine Rays NISMO LMGT4s in limited edition black (and factory 17s) Project KICS Revo Titanium finish nuts Suspension: Pedders SportsRyder Coilovers (2 generations older than the current series). Stereo: Clarion Single DIN Headunit (Bluetooth [including audio streaming], USB, AUX, CD) German Maestro Rear 6"s Rockford Fosgate P1 12" Sub + Amps in tidy and subtle boot install by Lifestyle Car Audio in North Parramatta JDM (Crystal Audio) front splits and tweeters Fuel Economy: Only ever filled up with 98. A tank is around 55L. With all urban driving, I get around 450km per tank. With highway driving, I have made it from Carlingford to Albury plus driving around on one tank - 610km. The Bad: One bulb behind the tacho is out. Headlights suffer from the typical JDM yellowing. They need to be polished every 3 months. Pictures: New ones to come as soon as it stops raining. Here are some 2 year old ones for the time being. Asking Price - $15500 [negotiable] If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to inbox me or contact me on 0423 049 867. I prefer text first as its hard for me to answer the phone from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Located in West Pennant Hills. Thanks for viewing, Scott
  2. Have you got a better pic of the LHS Headlight in the light? So we can see the lens colour.
  3. Hi Guys, I am after a new TPS for my R34 25GT. Would prefer new or close to it. If you know where I could buy one, it would be of great help. I have been searching around all night for a brand new one (short of going to Nissan) and can't seem to be able to find a place that sells them. Thanks!
  4. Hi Guys, My exhaust is making some f**ked up sounds. Between about 3200 and 3500rpm, the note coming from the exhaust is very very wrong. It almost sounds like a grinding noise. It only happens while accelerating, and the sound is most noticeable in second gear. Any ideas on what is up? Scott
  5. Hey Guys, Just want to sooth my consciousness a little before I go out and buy them RB25DE Neo R34 25GT should use the Splitfire Coils SF-DIS008, right? Thanks, Scott
  6. Fair call and I will cop that. I didn't think about highway patrol or rego checks. I was on a bit of a rant. My bad. But the numbers still sorta stand I reckon. I drive my car 4 times a day at least. I haven't been pulled over 18 months. 18 months ago, I got pulled over for an RBT at 2am in the morning (Fair enough). 6 months before that I got pulled over because I had a faded P plate on the back of my car at 1:30am (again fair enough). They gave me a new one and sent me on my way. I have two friends with exceptions. One has an Audi A4 (not work related) and one has a SR20 180 (work related). Neither have been pulled over and checked for their exception. One has had the exception for two years. Feel free to shoot me down though. I've probably just been very lucky.
  7. I have never been pulled over in my debadged R34 GT... Not the same as having an exception I know, but you can't tell it isn't a GTT unless you know what you are looking for, which most people don't. Most police won't look to pull you over other than for RBT or if you are doing something wrong. If you think about how often you actually get pulled over, it really isn't worth thinking about it. Think about how often you see a cop on the road... One day in three, one trip in four? Out of every 10 of those cops, only 1 would be in a position to have the oportunity to pull you over. Police won't chuck a dangerous U-turn or anything like that to come after you (unless you are doing something wrong). So doing the maths, you could at most get pulled over on 2% of your drives (presuming you see a police car one trip in every 5). Then out of that 2% of your drives, the cop that you see has to actually decide to pull you over and justify it, which means pulling off a main road, recording their actions, reporting to base (on occasion) and so on... Most cops won't do that unless you are doing something you shouldn't. So if you are unlucky enough that 1/10 of those cops that can pull you over do, that leaves you with a 0.2% chance of getting pulled over to be checked. 2 drives out of a 1000... I don't think that is much heartache.
  8. Yeah that's me. No, car hasn't been resprayed. It was just clean and polished. Lol.
  9. Brand and pics of tyres? What offset are the wheels?
  10. Are there any clearance Grid Drift in 18" in Flat black? Also can't seem to find a list of offsets on the Rota Australia website, or wheel weight in the wheel weight pdf. Do you have a list of offsets?
