This drain here goes into the sump fitting I welded on. Now T my catch can Into that or the turbo oil drain will that be equivalent to a oil drain kit they put in the back of the head. Since all I've read is that is just equals out air pressures so it drains for efficiently

I recently got my 25/30 car back and thought give it a drive. 5 mins of giving it some curry my catch can was full and overflowed through the breather filter. Painted a mural in my engine bay haha. Now my main question is would a catch can with a drain back to the sump be equivalent to the head drain kits such as spool and lewis engines? I have a welded on fitting on my sump for the VCT line so I can either t-piece catch can into that or the normal turbo drain

It's a genuine garrett. 600x300x76mm intercooler. It's got a boost/vacume leak at the throttle body shaft so I need make a adapter plate and run a different throttle body and shud see over 300kw

Will have to look Into 30 pump cheers for that. And that's what I was told they done to it.. I never looked into it too much so don't care if it sounds fancy or not

30 pump stronger? And this 25 pump has had the relief valves modified and runs more pressure

Yeah been rebuilt, 25 head and put into a gq patrol. Now I'm putting it into a r33, and it's spool oil drain kit I got put on it aswell, I don't wanna have issues with all oil going up In the head, it ran high oil pressure in the patrol and even with restrictors still think it will need a head drain

It's got a 25 pump on it already with restrictors, I got a oil drain kit for back of the head to go on and that should be all good? Just need to weld a drain fitting on the 25 sump

Haha I just wanna check before I got changing sumps lol. Plus this one looks like can hold more oil so thought could be good if it would fit haha

Hey I got a 25/30 with a gq sump on it. Now before I try see if it will drop straight in without a problem or foul the sump on the power steering. Does anyone know if it fits or I'm better off putting 25 sump on straight away. This is pic of the sump
