hey mate. i"m putting a rb25det in my 280zx datsun and need some help. how did you combat the clearance problems with the oil sump when you were mounting the motor? cheers,

running rb25det, gearbox, loom, afm, the lot for sale, done 110,XXX k's and done major service. was working on project to put rb25det in datsun 280zx but dont have the time and money... looking to sell for 2,500 buy itself or 3 grand with the datsun and all the spare bits and pieces. the motor is sitting in place but not mounted properly yet. located in busselton W.A. pics below: thankyou.

thanks man. i ended up getting a second hand r32 ignition barrel and door locks and fitted them my self. wasnt too hard. i had to buy a couple of immobiliser buttons tho. they are being a pain to re-program. i do everything correct to re-program them but it doesnt work. put in the code, wait untill the led stays on but then instead of de-mobilising it, the led flashes randomly like morse code and does nothing. It is an autowatch 446rli immobiliser. any idea's?

hey, i've just recently bought a nice black r32 gts-t from pickles auctions in w.a. no keys, no oil or fluids. how would i go about getting a new key? or should i look at getting a whole new ignitioin barrel?
