im buying modified r32 and geting bluey wont be a problem but idea was to get engeenering certificate then just realized there isnt sucha thing ,and now car has to go through vsccs which is very hard to pass especialy coz those certifed were hand picked from rta ( wont signed it off unless is on the dot ) does any1 have experience with vsccs yet? i think this bloody goverment wants youngers sit in front off telly smoking pot rather then spend money on cars does canberra stil have certificates if so anyone knows any1 flexible?? pm please
