  1. Can anyone tell me if I should worry. Sometimes when the passenger door is being closed it goes down about 100mm instead of going up the last bit. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a sign of things to come?
  2. G day all, I have just started driving my new V. I did 500ks and filled it to the brim before and after. It took 52L that is close enough to 10L/100. This trip was driving fairly hard on open road at 130kmh and passing up to 160. This was using BP ultimate so I don't think you can beat it.
  3. Thanks Victor, From SA and I'm getting a 2004 70th Anniversary Coupe. There are some photos of the car before it was shipped in the Gallery section.
  4. Thanks Victor,I couldn't get this link to work. I have seen the error of my ways, the two boot lids are completely different and after closer inspection, I don't see any way they would be interchangeable. I am being a bit premature my car is still on a boat from Japan. Thanks for the feed back and suggestions guys I will keep looking for something that takes my eye. Dean.
  5. Ok so it's a V36, only new to the Skyline world so please excuse my ignorance. Is this style of boot lip available for a V35 or is it a photoshopped figment of someones imagination. Cheers Dean.
  6. I have attempted to do a forum search for this item, with no luck. Can anyone help with locating the chrome boot lip pictured. Well not that one exactly but one just like it. Thanks Dean.
  7. G'day all, I have a 2004 70th anniversary Coupe on a slow boat from Japan. I posted some pic's in the gallery. 43'000 K's and completely stock minus the Bose head unit. I live in the Adelaide Hills and have been browseing the site for a while, what a great forum. Catch you all round the traps. Cheers Dean.
  8. Thanks Andrew, I hope to join if I can make time (I work 3 out of 4 weekends) I like the interior colour not sure about the mats though. Being a new owner to skylines I can see I will be heavy user of the forum for some time. This site has a good feel about it not unlike the Surf forum which is a great help for the poor sods who own one of them. Catch everyone in the main part of the forum.
  9. G'day all, I'm a newby from Adelaide and here are a few photos taken in Japan. The car sailed from Yokohama yesterday. I can't wait till it gets here and is complied. Should be tidy it was grade 4.5 with interior rated A. Cheers Dean. Ps. I hope I have done this right not too flash on the computer.
