  1. Cheers mate I went on their website, they have them in stock and they WILL post them to the UK. Thanks for the heads-up buddy
  2. **WANTED** R33 GTR spoiler rubbers Can anyone supply me with the rubbers that sit between the boot-lid and the oem R33 GTR spoiler? I don't know if there are 2 individual rubbers or 1 complete rubber. Like rocking horse shit over here in the UK.
  3. Ok, so if the 245/45 is too big and the 245/40 is not advisable, what size tyre would you suggest for my 18" rims on the rear?
  4. Wow !! I see what you mean. So if I changed the fronts to 225/40's I'd only be 5mm larger than OEM. The rears though, changed to 245/40's would be 20mm larger. Do you think the rear arches could take that increase? The car isn't lowered and is on standard suspension.
  5. Thanks. I can see that reducing the tyrewall to 40 saves me almost an inch on the front and exactly an inch on the back. Can I ask what the oem wheel diameters are?
  6. Only simple if you know what you're doing bud. I don't so that's why I'm asking the question to people who do. My apologies if if I'm asking the simplest questions.
  7. So should I reduce the tyrewall figure to 40 instead of 45's?
  8. The 19" wheels I took off were 9" front (ET30) and 9.5" rear (ET35) 235/35/19 245/35/19 The Rays I put on were 8" front (ET33) and 8.5" rear (ET30) 225/45/18 245/45/18 i could take the front arch liners out but in the land of rain that's not really a good idea
  9. 18" Rays forged on GTST I've just swopped the Rays Forged 18" wheels that was on my 350z with the 19" deep dish wheels on my GTST. The tyres on the front are 225/45/18 and the rears are 245/45/18.The Rays were fine on the Z but rub badly on the GTST. The fronts seem to touch the wheel arch liners. Not sure about the back.ET is 33 front, 30 rear iirc. Are the tyre sizes wrong?
  10. Got that sorted mate Just removed the bulb and the wire from the back of the clocks. Also took out the Hicas bulb as well.
  11. Yes bud I have an S2 Model R33. The car has an airbag but I've removed the original wheel and fitted an aftermarket Momo wheel without an airbag. With that in mind, do I still need an airbag compatible boss? I know I need a Hicas compatible boss for the electrics to work. Didn't think the lack of airbag was a problem when picking a boss.
  12. LOL I'm in Harold Hill !! Weather's always shit mate !!
  13. Jesus !! My 1st post on a forum halfway around the world and i bump into a fellow Essex Boy !! Nice one bud.........rather be where you are !!
  14. Hi guys, Just joined up so i thought i'd say hello. I've only had my R33 GTST for about 6 weeks now but i'm loving it. Got a couple of issues with it but in general it's a great car. Spoken to a couple of Aussie members on the Uk forums that i'm on, R33PERS R US being one of them. Dunno if he's on here though. 'Hi' if he is though. I'm in Romford, ESSEX in the UK. Naturally my boot leaks as does all the other cars in countries with shit weather !!
  15. Just fitted a Momo steering wheel. It went on fine with no problems but i had to remove the Hicas sensor as the new boss didn't fit on top. I've had a Hicas lockout bar fitted so there's no problem there. I followed this 'HOW TO' guide. http://www.skylineowners.com/forum/showthr...+steering+wheel The bit where you take the green wire out is where i lose it. Because the Hicas sensor is no longer on the column, where is the wire from the horn? I've got 2 wiring blocks........1 on the left of the column and 1 underneath. My apologies for the blurred pics but it was dark. Here's a pic of the sensor that i took off before fitting the boss. As you can see the black pin at the bottom and the wiring entry into the sensor to the right stops the boss from fitting on top. That's why i took it off. Is there a boss that will fit onto this sensor? The black connecter has 3 wires. A blue,a red and a yellow. The white connecter has 2 wires. A black and a yellow. Someone on here must have put an aftermarket steering wheel onto a spec2 R33 and done away with the airbag and Hicas !?!?!?!?!? I need to know if you used a cheapie boss that fitted over the above Hicas sensor. What type was it ? Thanks guys
