I think the bearing doesnt cost alot but the labour to do it will, because the bearing is inside the gerabox (correct me if im wrong).

Yeah it would be the shaft bearing. My line does that too now. It just really depends if you can put up with the noise. If its gets really loud and annoying. Fix it

How long does it take to learn manual ?

Well i first started driving in a Auto VL for about a year. That was just to get used to the road n shit. THen we got rid of that and bought the R33, so then i had to learn manual. I think i took the car out twice with my dad and got the hang of it. There is really nothing to it -
