Markos. I would like some advice on getting back into the gym. I'm 26 115kg and 6ft 1. I used to go to the gym five days a week, for 4 years and was at my best 90kg with under 10% body fat. Since having kids I have stopped going to the gym and let myself go. I want to get back into the gym hard and my goal will be 100kg with around the 10-15% body fat range. Can you recommend a program that will help me to achive my goal?

To the people that said t they got the driver fired or disciplinary action taken against them. Do you actually have any proof of this happening other than a letter saying action has been taken?

Hey sorry for going a bit off topic but do you have any advice for someone trying to get into the I.T industry? Im 24 and have spent most my time in construction but i can't stand it anymore and want to get into something that i enjoy and that has some career prospects.

Just wondering if you replaced the rubber seals when you did the respray?? and if so where did you get the seals from and how much did they cost?? Its looking good

Hey all, I currently have a gtr replica body kit on my r32 gtst and over time i have had some damage done to the front bumper and left hand side skirt. The damage on the front bumper is only minor being the last tag that you use to attach the front bumper to the quater panel on the right hand side at the wheel arch has snaped off. The left hand side skirt has a fairly big crack in it from the door getting stuck on the top of the side skirt from a screw being loose. My question is can they be repaired easily or would it be better just to replace the parts?? I also live on the central coast in nsw if they can be repaired without to much hassle can someone send me in the right direction to get them repaird (workshops, bodykit repair joints) any info would be much appreciated

Hey everbody i need some help on the dimensions of the coil pack cover bolts/screws for a rb20det. I bought the car with the coilpack cover off the engine and didn't get the bolts/screws with the spare parts i have. Does anyone know the type, length, size and thread pattern of the bolts/screws??? Thanks in advance

Im running a gt2860r (disco potato) on my rb20 and im getting 200rwkw with full boost (16psi) at 3500rpm. Imo its a great street setup, it's very fun to drive and can give some higher horsepower cars a run for there money.

There is a meet up at fountain plaza Erina every thursday night for skyline owners on the central coast but generaly any import owner or enthusiast is welcome to come down. I've only been going the last couple of weeks and everyone seems to be nice and friendly

When you respray A 32 skyline, do you have to replace all the window and door rubbers?? and if so does nissan still sell the rubbers for the 32skyline??

Had the same issue with my car on it's last tune dvs32r is on the money, i ended up having to re-gap the sparkplugs and put some new coil packs in. The problem hasn't come back since.

thanks for all the replies guys i currently have a power fc for my rb20 that i paid $1600 for about two years ago so i don't want to get rid of it if i can help it, i know there is a different model for the rb26 but will my power fc run a rb25 fine or is there a different model for that one aswell???

I only changed to a power fc because i was told buy some tuners that no one in aus could tune the topsecret computer.

Hey all I'am seriously considering putting a rb25det in my 32gtst and just wanted to know of the pros and cons of running this engine with a apexi pfc?? Have been told its better to run a nistune?? any feedback would be much apreciated as i don't really want to change computers. in advance
