  1. Hello all. Looking to sell off my staggered Work Termist S1C wheels which measure 18x9 +30 for the rears and 18x8 +30 for the fronts. PCD is 5x114.3 and will suite Nissans, Toyotas, etc. The wheels are in reasonable condition with minor gutter rash from when I purchased them (they were second hand). They are however structurally sound with no issues and the rash is barely noticeable unless you go up close. Tyres are in very good condition and have a lot of tread left on them, they are I think either 245/40/R18 and 235/40/R18 or 245/45/R18 and 235/45/R18, one of the two. The centre spokes have also been painted in a Matte Black colour. I have attached a picture of them and what they used to look like on my previously owned R34. Price is $2650. However open to all reasonable offers. Pickup from Mittagong NSW, one hour south of Liverpool.
  2. Haha. I'll just keep an eye out for the next one!
  3. Unfortunate that I missed out! Haven't been on SAU too regularly lately. Would have gone otherwise if I had known about it. Could have got the day off work. Haha. Looked like a nice turnout! Actually stopped by Pizzas in the Mist before I tackled the Pass last night. Didn't see Josh though. Lol. Definitely will make it to the next one... if there is one.
  4. Saw you driving near the Bowral pools a few days ago. You wouldn't have seen me because I was in the Excel. Lol. Stopped by your work yesterday too at around 9:30-10pm to get a drink before tackling Macquarie Pass!
  5. Hey guys. Didn't know where to post this so I thought I'd post it here. I'm looking to buy a Series II R31 in reasonable condition. Prepared to spend up to $900. Must be in NSW only as I am not willing to travel interstate. Cheers. EDIT: Forgot to mention, it must be manual. Not fussed about anything else.
  6. Spotted a blue R34 25GT with green P Plates driving through the main street of Bowral today at around about 5pm - 5:30pm.
  7. Spotted a black R33 on Kangaloon Rd, coming from Robertson to Bowral at around about 4pm today.
  8. Yeah. Usually if it's making a clunking noise, or some really weird grinding combined with squeaking sound when traveling over speed bumps, or just a general imperfection in the road, it will most likely be what the guys above outlined. Although, you only really notice it at slow speeds and the faster you go, you won't be able to hear it. Get in there and see what it could be, if it's fixable... do it yourself or if you're not confident, just get a Mechanic to look at it.
  9. Bump. Car will be getting serviced at 82000km next Tuesday!
  10. There's no such a thing as an R32 GT-R Mspec. Only an R32 GTR, R32 GTR Vspec and R32 GTR Vspec II, among the special Nismo and N1 versions. The R32 GTR had 16" wheels as standard and Nissan Brakes. The Vspec had 17" BBS wheels as standard, and Brembo Brakes. The Vspec II had slightly bigger tyres and a Vspec II sticker. The other option is to take your chassis number and have someone put it into Nissan FAST where it will tell you if it's a Vspec model or not.
  11. He sure is. I imported my car via an Importer not based in NSW and I ended up with a car in excellent condition.
  12. Guaranteed to break your car. Lol.
  13. Spotted a white R32 at Mittagong 24/7 Petrol Station on Saturday night.
  14. For $14000, these are the rims that will come with the car. This photo was taken before I actually purchased the car in Japan.
  15. Question is, why would you want to have a turbo timer installed on a car without a turbocharger?
  16. By law, you can't do cams either.
  17. The car is no longer being used as a daily. It's only being used to travel to and from TAFE (400km per week of mostly highway driving)
  18. What is the difference between the ATTESA-ETS in the R32 GT-R and R32 GT-R Vspec and Vspec II models? As far as I know, there's not much of a difference. I remember reading somewhere that it was re-programmed to the Nismo and N1 packages but that's about it. What is the difference between the AWD in the R32 GT-R and R33 GT-R? From what I can recall, the first R33 GT-Rs that came off Nissan's production line in 1995 used the same ATTESA-ETS system that the R32 GT-Rs used. Alongside the standard specification R33 GT-R, the Vspec model used the ATTESA-ETS Pro with an Active-LSD. It was much more sophisticated than the normal ATTESA-ETS. If you do a Google search, you will definitely be able to find out the differences between both systems. Someone correct me If I am wrong. As for your other questions, someone else may be able to answer them as I am not sure. EDIT: The search function on this forum is also a very powerful tool. There's a lot of information on the forums that you might not have seen.
  19. I wouldn't even bother, it's a waste of money. You would be looking at $1700 give or take for the unit itself + the cost of having someone install it for you.
  20. Can do 14K without the pictured wheels. Will put on the wheels that came with the car from Japan for the right buyer.
