I had a similar situation but i got hit by a taxi... when he tried to back out of guilt.. i sent him a copy of the statement he had signed on the night of the incident... apparently he'd forgotten. Good luck with this dude......and when you go to court, do not use the word SUM in your statements unless you're adding things up.
