  1. Here's an external pic: Is that a Supercar wing?
  2. If you're referring to me then don't get me wrong, I'm not having a go at all and I'm sure he is much more experienced and better driver than I am! Apologies if it was taken the wrong way but I did try and clarify with "to each their own", just saying it was a different style to what I'm accustomed. Was there much damage?
  3. Yeah, the quick spike of revs sounded like that was what happened. I'm surprised Steve can correct oversteer with the sort of grip he uses, don't think I could! But to each their own.
  4. Yep, rain water only.
  5. LOVE that first shot Jarrod... super sexy like your bad self.
  6. I think it turned out well, nice job.
  7. Thanks for the info. Does Steve work for/own Thomascraft?
  8. As I've said, I liked the new layout Ryan and with 3 runs it would be even better. It had a really good flow to it and you stayed in the car for a while before a rest on the back track. Thumbs up from me As for the difficulty of the maps, I thought they were about right considering there was no practice run. You're always going to get a lot of wrong directions out there regardless and I thought they were probably a bit easier to learn than some past ones.
  9. Happy birthday Scott!
  10. Me too, awesome machine! Can I ask who makes the front end? Or did you guys have it made yourselves?
  11. Definitely Dave, you're spot on. It's all in the tune and maintenance in my opinion 3071 seems to be the gun choice at the moment, will be interesting to see how it goes.
  12. Definitely, your car sounds very sweet! My stock 1991 SR came out of my car having run 240rwkw's for 3 years, with 4 track days, and maybe 3 or 4 DECA days, as well as drifting etc and tested within 2psi across all cylinders and never broke anything Richard: That 32 sounds a treat mate! I've always had a hankering for an SR powered 32 as well...
  13. Both are good engines in their own right, and are pretty damn tough too (RB would pip the SR at this, but the SR is plenty tough in stock form IMO), I just wouldn't put that weight over the front of an S chassis. I was going to go RB26 for a while there, but decided against it for that reason. That RB25 180 above makes me think perhaps I should have! Though it looks to have the engine placed further back and lower which I'm sure has a lot to do with it.
  14. Not me, I'm the slowest part of my car's equation! Dave: They're usually taking out CA's and putting the RB20's in as they're so cheap... but I wouldn't be doing it that's for sure.
  15. ahhh good stuff, my car has been looking very dirty since he moved.
  16. That's awesome! Did you guys make that front end, or is it a off the shelf mould? How far back has the engine been moved? Toy: SR20 is best Ahhhh, a good old R20 vs RB20 discussion... I thought these were reserved for NS.com!
  17. No worries Dan, good to meet you both. Nissan or Subaru... you can't go wrong!
  18. Love the S13, what class is it racing in? And any more details on it?
  19. Awesome day! Thanks to all the Motorsport team for organising it, I was a big fan of the new format. There was a nice driving flow with it, and what seemed like less waiting time. Thanks as well to all the volunteers, your efforts are very much appreciated!
  20. Passenger/driver seat floor just in front of the seat is a good place for an Extinguisher, as is the tunnel on the passenger side.
  21. This is a top thread, thanks for sharing Brad. Bit jealous of the cage! You're doing a great job, can't wait to see the finished thing.
  22. Looks awesome ylw, nice!
  23. I'm sure you'll still like it Andrew, I had fun in a Clubsport!
  24. Haha group me anywhere Bec, just not first... or second... or third... or fourth...or fifth...
