  3. Great result mate and nice turbo choice...! has anyone lined up the HKS version and garrett version for performance and heat produced etc...on the same engine? how would the .68 housing go on an RB26? ie what rmp would it come on at and what range of power figures could you expect?
  4. what he said would be da bom^^... Also the HKS 2.8 stroker kit with a set of HKS-GTRS turbos would be awesome!! Check out some of the well setup shop cars from japan such as the Mines R34 (my fav & track weapon), OS 3ltr (awesome) and the MCR R34(hks 2.8 + GTRS)... I would suggest that 370awkw is acheivable with a set of 2530's or trust 517z's but the engine setup, tune & boost levels will be critical... With a single such as a T04z you can pull 400+awkw easy but miss the midrange of the lowmounts...but great top end trade off. my 2c, goodluck
  5. Sorry about the late reply... Not sure about the fuel pump but its bigger than standard. its very loud but its in tank and i havent taken it out to check. Has got standard injectors...which i would say are highflowed for the power levels the car is producing. The ECU is a Reytec (tomei computer) running a map flow sensor. I have heard that charlies is getting new R33 GTR boxes for around the $3500 landed...with transfer case etc?? the later getrag R34 GTR box is supposed to be better i thought than the standard GTR box, not to sure...but they are prob as expensive as getting a PPG dog upgrade or an os gearset?? My friend had his PPG dog upgrade installed at charlies and now godzilla MS look after it. I think that Godzilla MS might know somone? i think that on late model R32's the cluch mechanism changed to be the same as the R33's and R34's (push or pull cant remember) so there is little modification required....if it is an early model R32 then there is some modification required, but i dont think its anything to major.   14. yeah i went down to check out the action with the DOT in the adjacent Suncorp stadium bus station doing everyone that came near... there were cops up to 1km away in surrounding streets telling people to turn into the DOT station for inspection...i cruised in the backway and avoided getting rounded up....parked and went for a look-see we also went up to cootha and we were in the planiterium cp when the cop bikes rolled past...we got outathere quickly!! pretty safe to say i wont be taking the skyrine out this thurs!!   18. hi, i drove my cart up from sydeny earlier this year and on the highway i pulled bout 450+ out of each tank. i was sitting on about 120-150 the whole way off boost. Big singles are easy to keep off boost...hahah When im on boost its a totally different story LOL...i can see the needle dropping!! but then again mine isnt standard..... Cheers, Francisco
  19. yeah im not sure about the bag but i think the chrome cover is just for looks...but i have to say the HKS cover would look damn hotl... specialy on the T04Z i took the cheap option and got a chrome cover from autobahn that was meant for an air filter and bolted it into place.....but then again i have the dump wraped and a vented carbon bonnet for my HKS T04S..my cover gets damn hot after a flog cheers francisco

  23. hi yeah i put half a tank in on the weekend and its been fine. little smoother through the rev range & when on boost. cold start was fine....
