  1. Hey guys, I have an r33 which after 3 years of barely any problems has decided not to start. It seems to be a problem with the battery, but I don't want to replace it only for the new one to go flat after a few days. See I installed a new cd player 2 days ago, replacing my old Sony cdx-l490x with the Sony Xplod CDXGT600UI 200W http://www.jbhifionline.com.au/car-sound/car-cd-tuner/sony-xplod-cdxgt600ui-200w-car-cd-mp3-tuner/649170 I replaced it myself using the connection and wires that were connected to the old unit. Now today the car just won't start.. I've disconnected the new unit and tried again but no joy. The connection that came with the new unit has a few less wires coming from the plug so maybe the old connection couldn't handle the load? I really don't know. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I'll go take some photos or anything if needed.
