hi guys, for the past couple of days ive had strange symptoms for my car (skyline r34 25gt coupe non turbo). when i start the car in the morning the engine vibrates. then the engine light comes on to. it also miss fires. (sometimes sounds like a Subaru) but when i turn the car on when the engines warm, it doesnt vibrate nor does the engine light come on and the car runs fine. please advice me on what the problem might be!

hey, my engine started vibrating today morning. so u think its it spark plugs? will these spark plugs NGK Laser Platinum Spark Plug - PFR5G-11 fit into a r34 25gt na coupe? thanks

yea i cant find it. do all skylines (r34 25gt) have the same lock or are they all different?

i tried bob jane and kmart tyre. they said they couldnt help. yeh its the one with a locknut on just 1 wheel stud.

ey guys, i wanted to change my brake pads today. i couldnt take the front two wheels of as i dont have the special key for the front two rims. the car doesnt have it. anyone know where i can get one from? cheers

how'd you know that you had to change them? the error code? plus where'd u buy them from? any increase in performance?

i've just rang him and got no reply!!! i just wanted to know what other things would be affected in the coil curcuit for the engine to come on. and yes its a non turbo. if it is the coil packs i was thinking of getting the yellow jackets coil packs? (anyone know if they are good) cheers

hey guys. my engine light came on, so i took it to the mechanic and he tested the ecu. he said it came up with faults regard the coil circuit. i just wanted to know what that meant so that i can fix my car straight away. my mechanic didnt tell me anything else part from that. not even the error code. thanks

yea it does turn over but doesnt start.... no the car doesnt have a alarm/immobiliser

hey guys, my car skyline r34 25gt is having problems with the engine. well the problem is that, I turn the car on and go for a drive. Come back and turn the car off. when i retry to turn the car on it doesnt work!!! and occasionally the engine light comes on. i was thinking it might be either the spark plugs or coil packs?? it was serviced a month and a half ago plz advice me on what i should do?
