  2. I drove in a vsepc today and belted it a bit and I have to say that it was totally different in 4wd resonse and torque split. I think I have an electronic issue with my car that Im trying to sort out. Thanks guys

Ken, Im not getting enough torque to front wheels during 7 grand launches, the gauge is reading max 30kg/per(whatever the measure is) rather than going up to the full 50 and I get wheel spin at rear when belting it around corners. this apparently means its an electrical issue rather than a clutch pack issue in the transfer case. Thus my enquiry about attessa pro which throws more torque up front Cheers Jeremy

  8. Ive run VP 103 in my R34 and it makes a BIG difference, +5 degres and a heap more torque. SK, out of interest, how much would you lean the AFR out when running this type of fuel ?

  10. I have a bad smell coming from the gearbox in my R34 GTR and cannot work out why as; 1. The seal above the box is intact 2. I recently changed the oil to Redline ATF on advice from others 3. the smell was there before I changed the oil and hasnt gone away Any thoughts guys ... ?

  12. Yeah the thing rolled into a curb at about 20, bloody cops gave it a parking ticket and the "scratches" should be ironed out in a week or two.

The Camber adjustment is an offset bush type arrangement that I was told would move around over bumps, I actualy have bought the thing from Whiteline and it was when I went to get it fitted that 2 different suspension places said dont do it, get the adjustable upper arms etc from somewhere like Cusco.

  16. problem solved by some helpful hints from the UK forum. For anyone whos interesteed in future Cusco do apparently make front and rear upper arm links that allow a range of camber adjustments. I have a set on the way and will post ressults.

I have an R34 GTR and am looking to replace the standard suspension linkages wityh aftermarket adjustable (camber and castor) items like Cusco/JIC/testrun BUT I have found that these brands do not seem to make kits/parts fro R34 GTR's. Nismo has a kit but its settings are apparently not adjustable. Whiteline have kits that adjust camber and castor as well but I have been warned agaunst these by every reputable GTR mechanic I know. Anyone had any experience in this department. Cheers Jeremy

  21. thats only one peice in the puzzle, also be careful whacking a thick head gasket on without shaving the head because you will just drop your compression ratio and get yourself a whole pile of lag in the process
  22. Enrico, I have heard rave reviews of these turbos from people who own them I would think you would get that power figure but you will be running a fair whack of boost - 25 ish psi
  23. p.s. 2530 Kansia are on the way and by the sound of things will have more head room with no loss in response than standard 2530's
