mine is a neo rsv rear wheel drive. and if it will still work how much do you want for it?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows what the ECU part numbers mean eg. the first 5 numbers and the last 5 numbers

I'm hoping someone in here could help me? I have a 2000 RSV AT stagea with a ecu part number 23740 0V801 that I think is stuffed and i need a replacement ASAP. If someone could tell me if there is an alternative part number or someone has one for sale, please let me know. Cheers,
