Hi there, Looking at upgrading bulbs in my car, currently have High beam HB3s, Fog Lights Hb4s and low beams are HID DS2, I know you can get navara artic white 50 plus for HB3 and HB4 no issue, was wondering if it is possible to do the same 4 DS2 bulbs, chasing the brighter whiter light, with the ds2 i have found 6000K in whiter light but was wondering if it is possible to get oem 4300K in this configuration? Cant upgarde 2 6000k lights because I have plastic headlight protectors which I want to keep, headlights on my car cost a fortune to replace if they smash.

Hi there guys n gals, looking at getting tints for my car, tossing up between 18% or 15% vlt tint atm, want to know how 15% is at night, like, you need to roll down windows to reverse park or park if street isn't well lit? People here reckon its too dark at night? Any tips or advice welcomed....

There is no crash damage, car hasnt been touched parked in ages as far as my memory goes, but ill still hve a alignemnt done 2 c if thats the problem......

Hello there, atm I have a 1997 nissan pulsar n 15 and the front left hand tyre is wearing out quicker than the right hand side, the tyre wear is even on the left hand side but I was wondering if this could be the wheel alignment being out or something. I tried adding a photo of both tires but wasnt able to.

I like the 260RS for is uniquness, the GTR of the wagon world, how many other wagons come closs to this? just my opinion thats all. XD

Hello there, shortly I'll be in the market for purchasing a stagea and I want to chase down the 260rs Autech model, this car will be used as a weekender/toy, not as a daily and I was wondering what to look for when purchasing these cars. Hopefully i'll be able to source a low milage one localy that i can physicaly take a look at but if thats not the case i'll consider importation through a company like J spec imports. Is there any common faults or repairs that need to be carried out on these cars over time? Also what do i need to look for when considering purchasing one as well apart from the usual judge by condition ect, take klms with a grain of salt ect? Any problems with purchasing parts aswell? What would you reconmend spending on something like this? Any valuable information would be much appreciated as I am new to the import car scene. Thanks.

Hi there, I have a 1997 pulsar N15 sedan and just reliased that the boot tail light isnt working, The light is a strip and has individual bulbles so I know that isn't the case and also I have already checked the fuse so as far as I am aware thats fine to, so would this mean it's possibly some form of wiring issue?

The rear end has sagged down a bit so i thought i might need spirngs as well, if thats not the case thats even better.

hello there everyone, quick question, I have at the moment a 1997 Nissan pulsar N15 Sedan 1.6L that needs the rear springs and shocks replaced at the moment and I was wondering what brand of springs and shocks would you reconmend, this car is just a daily drive at stock height, like i know king springs and ultima shocks exist for this car but i was wondering on what experience people have had with brands, eg too stiff, to soft ect. Also if anyone can point me in the right direction on a couple of stores that sells these parts i'd appreciate that also, I have already contacted a few of the larger firms already. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Yes I have also considered doing a import as well, but I have always been little bit suspicious about buying something only based on photos, don't get me wrong I'm sure you'll get good condition cars by go through well known, main stream car importers and should be able to save some cash as well, for personal imports I know that Carizma and J-Spec imports do that as well. Also any one here bought a personal import through J-spec imports, there one mob I have been leaning towards if I purchase and import one over buying something locally. Thanks.

(state NSW) @Terry_GT-R34: I ain't rushing to get anything atm.

hello there, I'll soon be updating from my current car and am considering one of two options. Option A: keeping my currently daily car ( 1997 Nissan Pulsar GA16DE) and buy a 2nd car for the weekends/friday Option B: sell the pulsar and by a car for my daily, currently looking at Skyline R33GTR, R3425GTT, a evolution 6 or 7 gsr model. the reason I am currently considering also considering option B is at the moment I have the pulsar which is cheap on fuel and hasn't had many mechanical mishaps despite the 30,000kms per year I travel, and well im not that keen on getting a nice gtr and then adding a hell of a lot of kms on it per year as i travel far to from work as I'd want to keep the next car purchase for quite some time. My maximum budget for a 2nd toy car would be like 15K and looking at R34GTT, skyline 350gt or 350gt-8 sedan, 180sx ect (any recommendations welcome) So my question is this, what would you do if you were in my situation? Would you keep the reliable cheap daily and get a toy car or sell the current daily and get something nice. Any thoughts and opinions would be welcome. I don't have a problem spending the money for the car purchase and insurance is more the reliability and and kms that concerns me.

Hello there, I am currently looking at new tyre and wheel package for a 97 pulsar n 15, considering placing on her 15 X 6.5 rims, not sure what the offset of the rims are at this point in time, and was wondering what would be like the maximum tyre width that would fit on this car, If memory serves me right i think when i spoke to a tyre dealer they recommended 205 X 45 X 15?

Hello there all SAU members, I am currently hunting for a import and have decided I'll most likely be getting either a Nissan V35, most likely a 300gt model, 01, 02 or a Nissan stagea, most likely 01, 02 M35 model. I was wondering for the pros and cons of each car as a comparison to each other. I do know that the 300gt is just rear wheel drive, v6 3.0L tuned to apparently 191kw according to sources i have found while the stagea is 2.5, turbo charged, @ 206kw max, all wheel drive, its a wagon with more room. What are pros and cons to each car when being compared to each other? I do want the car to go a bit as well and allow for some mild tuning as this will be a daily driver. Any info will be much appreciated, Thank you.

Hello there, I was wondering if any here who owns a r34 RB25DE skyline if they could tell me how many kilometers they get out of a full tank of fuel? reason being I am considering purchasing one of these skylines I as still on green P's depending on what the fuel consumption is like. I drive over 30kms to work each way on a daily basis all city driving and well part of the total equation to getting one of these is also cost of fuel. any stats will be much appreciated. hello there, I am currently a new member to this forum and I was wondering if anybody knows if there are after market turbo kits to suit a currently NA Nissan skyline R34 GT, manual, coupe. (NEO RB25DE) motor. If so what brands and how much roughly in terms of costing? The reason I ask this is because I am currently on green P's and I am looking at purchasing a Nissan skyline R34 GT with the (NEO RB25DE) as i can not drive the turbo model on my P's. It's a car that I would consider modding it ect once I am off greens and was wondering if there is after market turbo kits for this model of skyline that i can look at adding later on down the track, any information would be useful.
