  1. taken from a 2000 model R34 skyline. $100 ** dont waste my time by making offers if you can not make payment promptly. I have already had this happen... thanks.
  2. ok few people pulled out of items so they are still for sale. one guy at least explained he didnt have the cash, the other guy just ignored me after saying he had made payment but really hadnt. rude as!
  3. sorry man dont know why I wrote rocker cover, its only that plastic cover thing that goes over coils/plugs. I edited my post.
  4. pm's sent why does people only want the ecu? wanted to get rid of all this junk.
  5. stock skyline r34 manual ecu airbox + snorkle (SOLD) brand new NKG coppers used briefly NKG iridium plugs stock side indicators 3" stainless steel flex pipe brand new unused nissan badge gtt rear badge touch up paint for bayside blue r34 and white r33 long cover thing that sits on engine over coils/plugs for GTT little metal things that you put in xenon headlights to convert to halogen. want to sell as a lot, willing to let it go cheaply. first reasonable offer gets the lot. Items located in perth, would rather pickup.
  6. GTT dont like iridiums, plus gapping iridiums can damage them. USE COPPERS! take it back to the moron who put the wrong plugs in and get him to do it free of charge?
  7. The clutch in your car isnt stock dude I just dont know what type it is so i didnt tell you it was after market. but trust me it isnt stock, the stock one would have died many many kms ago.
  8. crazy dude why pay to retune a car that already had a $500 tune? secondly GTT's hate iridiums thats why the car had coppers in it. put coppers back in and gap to .8
  9. prestige is in australia, while mark hocking is in japan. prestige is for noobs who want to spend more and mark hocking is for the little more clued-in to spend less. I have imported both ways, through an australian broker like prestige and also through a japanese exporter like mark hocking. The only reason I used the broker was because friends told me that was how you import a vehicle, after doing it that way first I realised it was the stupid noob more epensive way to import a vehicle. well done the orignal poster for importing the right way
  10. keep in mind its against the forums rules to say anything negative about businesses, so you will only get positive comments here.
  11. WARNING to anyone buying or selling your car, make sure you tell the mechanic to ignore anything after market on the car otherwise they will list aftermarket parts as problems that need fixing. exhaust, pedals, airpod etc. The mechanic could have just looked under the wheel arch and seen the BRIGHT YELLOW adjustable caster rod thing and measured it to make sure it was all ok. Dodgy as f#*$
  12. I just got down and had a look, you can see more yellow on the right one I think it was and less on the left. Considering the angle they are sitting on is how you adjust them and one is sitting out further I would say the mystery has been solved, will confirm with the suspension guys on Monday. RAC is getting a letter of complaint next week for sending out a mechanic who wrote a false and misleading statements about my car which resulted in the sale of the car being stalled and possibly called off. Not happy
  13. Hey guys, This is actually my skyline he is talking about. Here are two wheel alignment read-outs one (bobjane) before the white line gear was put in and one (wilkinsons) after the white line one was put in. They were done less then a month apart. The bob jane shows castor left +6'33" right +6'48" The wilkinsons shows castor left +7'38" right +5'38" Isnt this proof that all that has happened is that wilkinsons has set the whiteline adjustable caster up for aussie roads? also wilkinsons never mentioned any problems what so ever so I really think eveyrthings ok. I will be ringing on monday to confirm, as this sale is hinging on this car being straight or not. EDIT: the bobjane readout was from one of those crappy ribbon printers so it didnt scan well but you guys can make out the numbers yeah? its much easier to read from the original.
  14. yeah as sneeza pointed out, if you cant turn k band off then your radar detector is useless in residential areas.
  15. ok here you go scans of how to remove the xenons, just reverse to put them back in.
  16. they are legal in wa and they work very well. they wont save you if you are an idiot and speed heaps and by a large amount. they save you when you are maybe going a little over with the flow of traffic or similar.
  17. another guy, another thread, another un-insured skyline.
  18. ebay = 99% china fake junk copy's.
  19. the size of the job depends on how the compliancer went about the job of removing the xenons. If they cut all the wires back really harshly then its a big job and will take many hours. and if they left plenty of wire then it will take half the time. I have some step by step instruction with pictures on how to remove the xenons, I used it and just went backwards to do mine.
  20. Just sell the car already. game over, go home.
  21. why not just tell your mate to sell the car, pay off the workshop and be done with it with some cash in your pocket and a lesson learned? Or go down there with a couple of mates and make it quite clear that if the keys are not returned, their faces and their property will be destroyed. I favour option one
  22. sunroofs are fairly gay, I have a stock standard one on the GTT and it wouldnt bother me if it wasnt though.
