  2. For those that read through my previous transmission issue thread. Here is part 2. So after driving around for about 1.5 months, one morning, went to start the GTR and bam, T/M tests failed, limp mode, odd gears. Plugged in the cobb and had a pressure sensor failure. There were several reasons why I didn't go back to the workshop where I had the original work done but I'll leave that out for now. With that said, gave Just Jap a call and told the guy on the phone the cobb code and got a fixed quote for labour and parts. Dropped the car off, came back from overseas and picked the car up with the gearbox all fixed and the bill 100% as quoted. If you are in Sydney, I highly recommend these guys. Very reasonable pricing and no BS.
  3. Yeah, I'm still going on Wednesday unless it starts raining of course. A few of my mates should also be going in Evos etc. I'm running Michelin Pilot Super Sports 2
  4. Been reading on NAGTROC They recommend using comfort mode and to decrease tyre pressure to about 28psi

  7. Yeah, was quiet. But very slow. A few of the ealier cars kept spilling liquids on the track which put a stopped to things for a long while.
  8. Mine is an 09 With VDC ON, my 60' foot was like 2.4/2.5. Need to double check on my last run.
  9. This is one with VDC ON lol Here is one with VDC OFF You guys running Auto mode or Manual mode? I only had one run with VDC OFF in Auto mode. I will try VDC OFF and manual mode next week.
  10. 1st time at the drags and definately first time in the GTR. It was at the Race4Real event at Eastern Creek. Had 3 runs. First 2 runs, I had it in R mode and it didn't click to me that I had to have it with VDC off. Only managed a best of 12 seconds flat Last run, turned VDC off and ran a 11.2. Should have a bit more as launch was rushed and definately wasn't 100% Will be back next week and hopefully crack flat 11s/high 10s Car currently has 360KW atw. Midpipe, Catback, Intakes and Tune. Also running 275 and 335 tyres.
  11. Got my car back less than a week and thinking of upgrading to E85. I'm looking at the reviews of the ANSU 1150cc injectors over at GTRLife and might go for these over the ID's and SiR ones. For the guys on E85, what fuel pumps are you using? I'll also be getting a set of the GTC turbo inlets too and upgrading from 2.75'' to 3'' intake piping. Mods so far are: 2.75'' intakes, midpipe, catback and custom tune. Thanks
  12. Just a bit of an update: Got the car back now and it's working fine. Few observations were made by the workshop: 1) The issue was the circlips. Apparently there's a TSB on this. Replaced with Willall replacements amongst other things 2) Tranny oil was absolutely black and filthy. I had scheduled servicing done though. Workshop has never seen oil this bad. 3) Had my transmission oil filter changed to a Dodson part. Apparently Nissan Australia does not have a listing on this part. 3) Had my Cobb AP repaired under warranty. Pretty quick turnaround from them. 4) Also had my service done which included diff oils. Apparently they were pretty filthy as well. All up, it's a LOT smoother now. The only thing is a very faint oil smell from the rears which I can smell more in reverse. I think it maybe residue but i'll leave it for a few weeks to see if it disappears.
  13. Yeah thanks. Car is at CRD and I've let them know. Prefer not to drop the gearbox if not needed.
  14. Yeah I saw that. Mine is an 09 though so not sure f it's the same.
  15. Update: error code was P2832 which I think relates to Shift A Fork
