ash, the displacement of a gtr engine is 2568cc hence a deficit of just under 150cc. I'm leaving the 700's in there and see what happens when dyno tuned

i know that extra capacity chews up DC due to the additional torque & your setup is a 2.7ltr as well my old 3ltr had 1600's & dc was above 60% & that was making 405awkw

Let me report back with my results after the tune as most of us are still sitting on the fence. My mate who owns autostyle had a gtr 'dardvl' which made 450awkw back in the day and I think that also had 700's

i cant believe you are 1/2 sec off the lap record...what model evo is this? any pics of it? also, is the evo prupose built for this event or is it a porduction car with simple mods? either way, you must be a very skillful driver!

Justcarinsurance don't recognise adm's and in fact referred me to shannons who will insure adm's...they will also verify it is a genuine adm prior to agreement

mine is also insured with shannons @ 45k & paying a premium of 1450. i was going to insure it for 55k but this bumped my premium to close to 2k p/yr (this is based on rating 1 driver & im over 30yrs old)
