i have 98 subaru turbo an it wont start after i put a new battery in but i think i have isolated whats going on an think it is immobilizer i dont have a chip in my key the car starts then turns off can some one help bypass or remove it the immobox looks like the pic below but says siemens ecu made in germany

i want bypass my siemens immobox or remove it and what ever else subaru 98 turbo
