When I sold it was a truly genuine n super clean car, but $12000 is ridiculous. Go get it checked out by a mechanic that u know, make sure all the paperwork he has obtained for fmic etc is legit then throw him an offer. I sold it to him for $8k no RWC n 1 month if rego. So I'm guessing the car has now 12 months reg and he reckons he spent $2k getting it roadworthy. So ask for the receipts for that, then make him an offer? Marcus.

All tires are roadworthy, as i used these wheels for the inspection when i first bought the car, after that i bought a set of rims and these wheels have been sitting aside so decided to get rid of them and clear out the garage.
