  1. Hmm... I think you guys might be right, since it doesn't make sense for them to use a barrel type connector since they use those plastic plugs for everything else...
  2. Ok so it turns out that yes, it does work for keeping headlights on. You need to lock the car once it's parked in a dark enough area and they will stay on for a little while. I also noticed a fuse missing under the bonnet which was 10A and covered accessory? I ended up putting one in so that might also be the reason for it not working??
  3. Continuing with the whole what does this do thing. I was changing a fuse under my dash and found this barrel connector tucked behind some plastic under the dash. Not sure what its meant to be plugged into but seems like its original. Any ideas regarding this one? Also I have that switch as well and no it doesn't seems like its meant to keep the headlights on.
  4. That is a switch for the unit that keeps the display running while the vehicle is in motion. I have the same unit which I bought from Chris a while back.
  5. Awesome thanks for the info, I'm wondering if this kit will work though since I have a 3.5L V36?
  6. Sorry to go a bit off topic here, but Nick what cruise control unit have you got fitted to your vehicle? If you don't mind me asking.
  7. Hey Mate, thanks for clearing that up for me, unfortunately I can't update the Advert without paying for it again. Unfortunately the cruise control does not work.
  8. Finally decided to move on to a new car so this thing has to go, the vehicle drives smoothly and doesn't seem to suffer from the experiences of 'jerking' etc on take off that other people have had, recently changed the transmission fluid which has also smoothed the shifting. Car has always run on 95 Octane fuel and Synthetic oils, the vehicle has around done 71,000km. Second owner, bought from private sale in January of 2013.
