Doesn't sound internal. It sounds like a physical slapping on the outside of the engine. Like belt on a broken piece of plastic or rubber that once warm, moves slightly so it doesn't touch???

I run Nittos... Cost a bit but worth it. They last ok too.

They probably took them out while compliancing it... Or they are under the seat...

Well, if you want a genuine 2008 SP Coupe with factory cruise control and a few other bits and pieces, mine has done a genuine 105k kilometres. Silver in colour. I would take $25000. Has MCA Blue series suspension, 20" wheels with near new Nittos on them. Serviced every 10000km since I imported it through Iron Chef at 58000km. Fully synthetic oil used at every change.

Why don't you just use the stock one?? Most cars in Japan don't use it but all of them have it. Just need the steering wheel and someone to set it up. Chris at Audio Express did mine before I took delivery after import. Absolutely stock!!

Once the correct plug is purchased, are they gapped correctly??? Or should I check the plugs coming out and make sure the new ones are the same gap???

Probably need to know where "local" is... I know Scott's Rods in SE Qld is one of the best around at custom systems.

My car (V36 coupe) arrived with lowered aftermarket suspension. Very high quality but not even close to being able to cope with Australian road conditions. I now have a full set of MCA Coilovers made right here in Queensland and tuned for life on our roads. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Really?? Ever imported a car before?? Hard to sit in it when it is in Japan... I didn't realise mine had a sunroof until it got here. Pictures and description didn't reveal it. If it didn't have the sunroof, no problem.

Mine came with 20" rims so I have nothing to compare it to... It also had some very low and stiff suspension which I have replaced with MCA coilovers. I think it is great!!!

Ok, two things here, I now have a set of MCA Blue coilovers as my car was the test mule for the design of them to suit the V36. They are perfect and fully adjustable. I highly recomend them. http://mcasuspension.com/ Secondly, I replaced the coilovers that were on the car when imported. They are RS-R Black's and they are for sale... $1000 to whoever wants them. Perfect condition.

I purchased replacement wiper blades from Autobarn and while they work just fine, the mounting clip on the driver's side is reversed and offsets the wiper slightly from it's original position. No biggie, but there it is. I hope my post has not offended anyone...

As long as the kidlet is sitting in a seat, they are fine. My daughter is now 5 and she has been in the back of my 370GT Coupe for over 2 years. Make it work!!!

I have been in contact with ionicdynamics in the US and they don't do a emblem less grill for the 370 or G37 as they call it. They will be doing one soon though and will let me know.

I sent them an email about an Emblemless G37 Grill... See if they make one as they don't show one on their site for the G37, only the G35

My missus loves to turn them on while I am not looking!!! Bloody comes on fast and hot!!! Even in winter, I have only ever used level 1...
