Does this warming up/cooling down issue apply also with n/a cars? My 200sx mate looked dumbfounded when i said i just jump in a drive off without letting it warm up.

When i was on my Ls, i did a bit of freeway driving. Driving at 90km/h while everyone else is doing 110km at least is very scary and dangerous to other other drivers as well as myself. I agree with "dangerous" daveo that the safest way of travel is moving with the flow of traffic. Police hiding in a roundabout snitch way is purely revenue raising. I recall seeing statistics that more people speed on the freeway but more accidents, injuries and deaths occour on roads away from the highway. To me, in my opinion, this is purely for the purpose of paying for their donuts.

I stowed away money for years, including money from jobs, christmas, birthday etc. Alot of my friends complain I don't splash out and go clubbing/drinking that much, but to be honest I'm not into the whole scene. My passion is cars and thats where all my finaces go.

Merry Xmas guys! I'm 1/2 Greek (Cypriot if you want to get techincal). My family doesn't really practise the new Greek calender. Easter is a much bigger event for us. My mum jokes that we have another christmas because we will take any excuse to celebrate and party!

The way I see it, cars are my thing, i pour all of my finances into my car. Other people like blowing their money on clubbing, shopping or holidays. Different people have different priorities. I have earnt alot more than my mates have (even though alot of them had their parents pay 1/2 of their cars, i paid all of mine). I worked solidly for a while in the lead up to my car, just packing everything away. I saved for aprox 4 years, christmas money, birthday money, jobs, chores around the house, slowly it grows. I was surprised at how easy it was.
