  5. I'm quite interested in changing over my dash cluster screen to display in English too, but is there any reason we can't just change the actual screen components within our jap clusters??? Or are people just changing the whole cluster because it's near on impossible to find just the actual screen itself without buying a whole cluster?
  6. Yeah mine has 20in works with RS*R lowered springs. No complaints!
  7. Well, as promised Nuwan came through on the job, 20 mins or so with his scan tool and done, reprogrammed code to 5 pin both the original and new key working for all functions, no problem what-so-ever. $150 well spent for piece of mind if you don't already have more than 1 key/smart key FOB.
  8. Nuwan from iRev says he can do it, from what I'm told he reprograms the system to take a 5 pin code instead of the 2 pin code. He's coming to Adel over the next week or so and will do it for me then. $150.
  9. Nuwan from iRev says he can do it, from what I'm told he reprograms the system to take a 5 pin code instead of the 20 pin code. $150.
  10. Hi All, This is a really long shot, but does anyone know if it is actually possible to program a new Nissan V36 Smart Key FOB to be paired with your car without going to Nissan and dealing with their ignorance and unwillingness to help? Or is there anywhere else in Adelaide that can actually do the job?? I assume probably not, but no harm in asking. I was told they have to get the code from japan or some jabba but who knows how much truth their is to it. Cheers
  11. Anyone actually been in and had the firmware update done??
  12. I've let a couple of others know about this thread and the meet this sat so they may check it out if they're free. A couple who have a v35, 2 v36/g37 owners and the chap who owns my old v35 now

  15. With elec window issues it's usually the brushes int he motor that wear and therefore they can sometimes be serviced/fixed to make proper contact for conductivity, but with the lock actuators my understanding is that they just need to be replaced. I had mine go on my previous V35 and after considering getting 2nd hand I figured if going to do it, may as well get new to avoid having the same issue occur again in an unknown period of time given you don't know how old or worn the 2nd hand unit may be from a wrecker.
  16. Get the part number for it from myg37.com, email Streeter requesting quote, purchase, wait a couple of weeks until arrived. www.jessestreeter.com
