  2. Hey everyone, I recently discovered that my camshaft had been over tighten when installing the head back on my motor. This caused the camshaft to bind and SNAP. Anyway, so now the front cam cradle is roughly .003in lower than the rest of the head after machining the scratches. So now I need a new head, as I looked online, I seemed to find a lot of RB25DET Neo heads but no series 1 or series 2 heads. Is it possible to switch everything over to the neo head and bolt it up to a series 1 block? If not, does anyone have a good condition series 1 or 2 head for sale? Thank you!

Model number is 13001 AN007 Core dimensions: 600 x 300.5 x 103mm Suits applications up to 515kw Only minor scratches from test fitting by previous owner.   7. OS Giken R3C Triple plate clutch for sale. It was slipping on my car so I have upgraded to a quad plate. Would suit with someone with up to 500kw. We opened it up and it looks to be on very good condition (see pictures) so I can't envisage it slipping at around 500kw of power. Some bigger power cars are running these with no issues. Put a genuine OS Giken pull to push converter on your getrag and this clutch has epic street manners and driveability while being able to hold big power. Pic below and inspections are welcome.   8. 2001 Skyline R34 GTR - BNR34 RB26 KV2 Sparkling Silver, late model black interior 124500 kms $85,000 Sadly looking for a new home for my much loved GTR - I need to finance a truck load of nappies for my new born's arse. It's been well cared for (the GTR, not the arse), with regular services and oil changes. It's been mildly modified to give a little extra power and better handling, but with reliability as the focus. Running at about 320kw at the hubs and never misses a beat. I've owned it since it was exported form Japan in 2007 and will provide a log and receipts for work done and mods. Was reconditioned with new valve guides and 3 angle valve seats and surface grind. Standard cams as I wanted a smooth idle. ARP head studs, new head gasket Hks 750cc injectors. Block has brand new genuine vl turbo oil pump, all gaskets and seals, timing belt and tensioner kit, n1 water pump, tomei oil restrictor, mod to sump to allow external oil pressure adjustment. Modified plenum with Vh45 throttle body. Removed from car. Hasn't been fitted with a turbo . Have a video of it running. Cam covers not included as they were painted by our kids. sell for $5000 ono or swap for something of value. Located 2287 nsw Also have turbo and manifold that was running on my r34 gtr. Made 380 kw. Piece together a Nismo style oil cooler kit for R34 I am trying to piece together a Nismo style oil cooler kit for my R34. seems like you can just buy the Nismo oil cooler ducts, and would be a lot cheaper to buy all the parts seperately and you get better result. Similar to what member HIRISK has done. Do you know what size Setrab oil cooler should I get? I just found out the reason that previous owner modified the A/C high pressure hose from the A/C pump is because the steering pump higher pressure hose interferes with my Greddy aftermarket radiator. The A/C high pressure hose has been leaking forever due to poor welding, now I just want to replace with a new OEM piece. How do you guys deal with the interference between steering pump hose and radiator? Note: I already have twin SPAL electric fans, I think I can play around the position and get away.

  18. Have a set of genuine R34 GTR wheels with centre caps for sale. They have a few marks on them but no major gutter rashs or gouges. Pick up only from Kings Langley (near seven hills) or can deliver/meet somewhere close. They come with Dunlop SP sport 3000 tyres and the lowest tyre has 3mm from the wear indicator.   19. R34 GTR ECM/ECCS Relay power source Hi Everyone, For some unknown reason my ECM/Coil relay is not getting its supply power, as such the ECU is also getting no power on pints 49/59. I have spent days trying to locate the reason for this and need some assistance in confirming a few things regarding R34 GTR wiring. First thing of course was that I've checked all the fuses. Initially the top row-left use (10A Electrical components fuse) was blown. I replaced it, and it has not blown again since. The ignition circuit that switches ground to one side of the ECCS relay is functional. I have tried hot-wiring power to the ECCS relay by connecting pin 3 to +12V, and the relay operates as it should and the ECU powers on properly. So there's my fix should I give up on fixing this issue properly. The next thing I started to bypass was the aftermarket black widow alarm system, as I suspected the immobiliser relay may have gone open circuit (although it does click). Bypassing most of these circuits, (and confirming the immobiliser relay was actually switching) was easy to confirm. Still no go. Yes I run a Haltech ECU, which in theory ignores the factory immobiliser. But the immobiliser is still in the car, and there might be a fault with it. Does the factory immobiliser isolate the ECM relay? Other than at the fuse box, is there another place in the car that I can check the power to the ECM relay? Other than the alarm install, the loom is relatively unmolested. Any idea's or suggestions appreciated. Cheers, Ian

  24. Hey everyone, first off this is my first post on this forum. I don't know a whole heap about cars as of yet. I've always serviced and worked on my own old, and breaking down honda CRV, but it's time to move to a proper JDM performance car. I've got the money right now to purchase an R34 GTT, although all R34's for sale are all R34 GT's with swaps left right and center. Well, I think they are. Correct me if I'm wrong, but an R34 GTT (4 door or coupe) will always have the 3 gauges above the center console right? So thats the first dead giveaway to tell if it's genuine GTT material. And second, something I noticed, is that the rear end is more boxy rather than round with the reverse lights under the park lights. Anyway, I'm looking to purchase a GTT in Perth. What's the best option? Import or wait for a sale locally?
