Hi Guys, The time has come to move on from this project and onto the next one. This is a heavily modified example of a 1993 Nissan 180SX with over 100k spent on the build. Detailed mods list is below as are photo's of how it currently sits. Car was featured in Fast Fours when it had the previous motor setup in it. BODY (over 30k spent on fab work alone which was all carried out by Roadrunner fabrications) 1993 Nissan 180SX Custom wheel tubs (suit the lines of the bay alot better then trailer guards) Rear guards cut higher to fit bigger wheels and metal flare to protect wide body Custom gearbox tunnel to give plenty of clearance to the RB25 gearbox allowing for easy removal of box Custom raised floor section for exhaust from firewall back allowing the dump pipe to tuck up above the chassis rail Custom removable front end rad support Completely seam welded front to rear CAMS spec weld in full cage cage goes through fire wall to strut towers aswell All holes in firewall welded up and smoothed over Genuine BN Blister full kit including front and rear guards (over 3.5k for the kit alone) Fiberglass vented bonnet Type x tail lights and cente panel Custom fixed headlight setup Custom cover over spare tyre well sealing fuel system off from the cabin Custom bash bar in place of front reo All sound deadening removed front to rear New windscreen (replaced after cage was done) Tinted windows Freshly resprayed gloss black outside and green inside ENGINE S15 SR20DET Tomei Easycams 256/264 10.5mm Tomei Rocker Arm Stoppers Custom rocker cover with twin -10 breathers Engine tested with even 160psi comp accross all 4 cylinders and 2% or less leakage per cylinder before going in TD06-20g 8cm rear with allow elbow welded on BRAE Steam pipe manifold Precision 46mm wastegate with screamer pipe Custom 3.5" exhaust tucked up as high as possible into twin 3.5" stainless tips. The car is complied with no accident history and was registered until rego ran out. It can be registered again if you wish to with a blue slip. No corners have been cut on this build and everything is overkill for the power it is making which has been designed that way so it is as reliable as possible. I am after 36k which includes all 8 rims and a 2 year old 15 foot beaver tail trailer which the car gets onto at this height. Can sell without rims or trailer if need be. 2005 toyota corolla sportivo for sale, 142xxx kms washed twice per week and waxed every 2, serviced every 3-5k kms including gearbox oil, has tein ss coilovers, very quiet but noticeable exhaust. used as a daily driver and for trips to albany, i am second owner and have taken real good care. has few niggly carpark dings, steering wheel is wearing as most do. clutch, waterpump, ac regas, sump reseal and all fluids replaced all been performed in the last 6 months this is the *facelift* model of the corolla sportivos, kind of like a series 2 version, it has no recalls or problems that the previous had. Hi all, Selling my daily 1997 180sx Type S/ Type X I drive this car almost everyday, if not the bike, car has served me well for the last 2 years but time to move on to bigger and better. Car was originally very modded but i brought it back to standard to drive to work without issues of being pulled over. Car was bought cheap off a friend so i never bothered to really tidy up the car, would suit someone who wants a cheap type x or a p plater who wants a Type s. Currently a turbo car but i can supply the car with a non turbo engine installed instead of the turbo motor. The car is a Factory Type S (Non Turbo) but the car is running factory turbo gear. Year: 1997 Milage: 130 xxx, km's Engine: Blacktop SR20DET (Non VCT) Turbo is currently a T25g (no idea why) Transimittion: 5 Speed Manual Colour: Red Interior Very well maintained & clean interior with only a few marks overall Alpine headunit and front splits Pioneer & fusion rear speakers Factory Seats and carpet in excellent condition Factory floor mats (drivers side worse for wear) Factory Leather Airbag steering wheel (slight cracking on the top) Dash in excellent conditoin ( has 2 guages water temp and oil built into the passenger side of the dash) Mechanical Engine is showing its age, or maybe just turbo is but it is not the quickest 180sx out there, Would recommend comp test or turbo test before purchase as i dont know what is or is not wrong Sump has a minor oil leak (will pass roadworthy without fixing) Engine can be a tad noisy on start up if it has not been started in a while Exedy clutch installed a while ago, very smooth gear changes and its not too heavy to drive in traffic Standard suspension in good condtion Standard brakes with good pads Body The body is rough but not too bad, Car was bought with a widebody front end as such front was brought back to standard shortly after i bought the car so the whole front end is black (doesnt look bad having a red and black car but i dont support the bombers so its ideal) Factory Type X Side Skirts Brand new front bumper and side pods Bonnet in exellent condition and front guards are in good condition Rear of car has clear pealing off Roof has bad hail damage but 80% can be removed without paint Usual car park dints on the car Basically the car is not perfect but it is priced accordingly. 2001 VX Commodore wagon, have owned for a couple years and in that time have gone through and upgraded parts to make it a reliable tow car! Car is also DUEL FUEL so cheap as chips to run (costs about the same as a 4 cylinder hatch) Heavy duty tow ball (cost $550) 6 month old rotors and pads (cost $400) new rear shockers and springs (cost $400) new air bags in the rear for towing (cost $275) recently replaced thermostat and intake pipe. Tyres still have at least 75% tread! still around 9 months rego left! Car is also on GAS...cheap!! Have used this car over 15 times for towing car/trailer and she has been extremely reliable (including interstate trips). I really like this car, the way it looks and goes on the track is incredable but theres no point in me having a track car when i don't have a tow car or trailer plus i'm walking to work because i haven't got a daily which i'm over. Looking at getting a jzx90/100 or a r32 gtr so i would be keen on swaps even cash your way if its got good parts on it. I am putting my beloved 180sx up for sale. 1996 180sx Type-x, OEM white 115km The car was sourced and imported myself from Japan after searching for around 6 months. The car was brought in 100% stock, no rust no accidents, non smoking one owner and with genuine 75km on the clock. I have all the japanese paperwork and books. 95 180sx - Sr20det, manual - Clean Hi all,Regretful sale but i need to get rid of all my projects.I have for sale a 1995 Nissan 180sx sr20det manual, 180km (genuine), the car has been owned by the one mature owner for the last 12 years since it has come into the country! Factory airbag and hicas and SUNROOF! no leaks and no annoying wind noise on the highway!The car is stock standard except for a quiet catback exhaust, alloy radiator, lowering springs and decent sound system from 2005 lol! Hey guys, so I'm new to this forum. I'm looking to buy a 180sx, but not many options are arising. I'm willing to build it myself to an extent but I'm unsure. There is one car available, good condition, body is straight and engine is good, but it isn't registered and it's yellow stickered (ride height and a few other little things). The other options is a 180 with a built engine, but needs a big end rebuild. The body is straight (needs a good deal of paint work) and the interior is good too. So I'm stuck between the two. So which one would be easier to do? Registering and taking the yellow sticker off? Or buying the other car and buying an import sr20det and slapping all of the mods from the broken engine on?
