  1. Hello All, Long time no see. Due to personal reasons I am selling my R32 GTR. It has 70,995 genuine km's on it. The original owner (in Japan) was the chief engine builder for Nismo. The next owner was the ex head mechanic of Nissan. Then me, who proceeded to modify the hell out of it. It's been garaged it's entire life, no accidents etc and is immaculate. I do not know what the import rules are for Aussie I am afraid (I am in NZ). And yes, the A/C was completely overhauled and works like a freezer Performace: 580.5kW / 789.3HP / 842Nm @ The Wheels 98 RON Pump Gas 580kW was at 1.8 bar. 556kW @ 1.7 bar. I just had it “detuned” to 540kW @ 1.7 bar after we changed the cam timing to bring everything in 800rpm earlier. I do know I have spent over $200,000 (the FMIC was $4.5k, sway bars $4.5k, hell, the crank alone was $16k, and I have most of the receipts, and build pic’s. I want AUD$60,000 Shipping is the buyers responsibility. As I live at work and have severely limited internet access, people can email me at [email protected] if I am too slow to respond here (apologies in advance). The car has a Thatcham Standard alarm, and various other security measures. I will send detailed instructions and diagrams of where everything is and how it all works. The car has not been hacked in to to fit everything. Anything that was custom made was done so utilising factory holes and threads (e.g. the CNC machined solid one-piece aluminium 25mm spacer with 6 arches in the boot to get the 6 -6AN lines though using the factory fuel pump cover hole). The only holes drilled were in the rear bumper to mount the diffuser (6mm diameter, and underneath where you can not see them). There is also a 6mm floor that sits on top of the aluminium box section in the boot and sits under the sub box (not pictured, but sub box locks over the rear strut bar and sits above the amp you can see in the second to last pic, and is removable in 30 seconds [2 clamps and wiring unplugs with Anderson Clamps]) and carpet for over the floor so you can still use the boot. 3. Hello everyone, I ran a search and couldnt really come up with any deffinitive answers. I figured I'd start a post here to see if anyone had any advice and I will be updating with remedial actions. I'll start off with the car specs and then run you through the situation. 1992 BNR32 GTR, 108,000 km on stock RB26DETT Mods include: Power FC, HKS pod filters, Koyo radiatior, HKS intercooler with hard pipes, ORC twin plate clutch. The other day i took my car past 6000 rpms for the first time and the cat temp light flashed rapidly. after some research i learned that the powerfc will flash the cat temp light when there is a red flag for multiple reasons. One of them being engine knock. I changed the display on my powerfc to display engine knock and found some disturbing results. At start up, the fc will read a high of 30 knock. After start up ill clear the display and at idle it will show knock between 1-8. normal diriving up to 3500 will show 8-15. 4500 will show 20-25. at 6000 it will show 61. My power fc is set flash the cat temp light at 60 nock so that would explain why it was flashig. From my research I've learned that the Powerfc is not the most accurate device in displaying knock, and should only be used to give a general idea. I guess all im asking is what do you all think of this? How concerned should i be? I would rather have ZERO knock lol. This weekend I will be compression testing the engine to get a better idea of where i stand. Hopefully the results wont be to bad. As long as its not to bad (155-175 psi on all cylinders) i plan to baby the car for the next two years and save $ for a new engine. Any thoughts or advice is welcome. Thanks guys, -Eric

  10. Hey guys, I bought this sometimes ago when I side swiped a pole in my other car. Tried to turn the 1 and a half car into 1 good working one but it has escaped me for various reasons but most of all, buying a house and having a family. Currently still registered until December. Looking for 3k. Please contact me on 04 2222 4840. All the original parts that came with the car in the following pictures for this GTR will be included. The photo also shows some MR2 and Falcon parts which wouldn't be included.

  12. You guessed it – baby on the way................ I’m the original owner of this black 1992 GTR since it arrived at Turismo Motorsports in Adelaide back in the day. I bought this in 2001 and have owned it for the past 13 years and have rebuild most of the running gear in that time. It is in very good condition for a model this age. The motor has since been rebuilt with forged CP pistons, ARP rod and stud bolts, R33 crank (new), oil restrictors in the head, Mines rocker cover baffles, tomei sump baffle kit, N1 oil and water pumps, sard 700cc injectors, trust heavy duty timing belt, power fc & boost controller, Z32 afms, nismo fuel pump, tomei dump and front pipes, trust 517z turbos, Blitz 100mm intercooler, bigger radiator (can’t remember exact size) and oil cooler kit in the front bumper and Duncan’s attessa torque controller. As well as fitted with Tomei Poncams, Tomei adjustable cam wheels also fitted at the time of rebuild. I have driven less than 10 000km since the rebuild. Also has lightened flywheel and heavy duty clutch, hi flow exhaust (can’t remember exact model) – very legal/quiet but unrestricted. All work done by Boostworz and all of the above would be able to be verified by Shaun. R33 Brembo brakes all round, Bilstein shockers, King springs and braided lines fitted by Manta Racing Panasonic MP3 player head unit installed with a double sub woofer in the boot – came from Japan like that! Wheels are RAYS GRAM LIGHTS 17x9 +22, with new Federal tyres, 255,40x17 all round Car has been dynoed at just under 330kW on 98 octane, clean, well maintained there is literally nothing to spend, just drive and enjoy, never raced, dragged or even driven in anger. Currently only listed here, hopefully someone on SAU will pick this up. Any questions and dyno can be sent to anyone interested - please ask here or PM me for my phone number, car can be viewed by appointment at Crafers, Thanks Jason
  13. Hey guys, not a massive project or overhaul but a build thread none the less, My names Kyle and from Melbourne, now 26 and owned an R32 GTS-T for 6 years when i turned 18 and for some stupid reason sold it. Drove K11 Micras around for 3 years and on Sunday i finally bought my dream car an R32 GT-R. Some people dream of Ferrari's and Lamborghini's but for me an R32 GT-R is the ultimate car in my eyes to own. Found it on carsales and fell in love, motor had already been built and it has already been resprayed, two of the biggest things that cost money and for the price it was well worth snapping it up so Sunday i flew up to Sydney and fell in love for the second time (I'm married lol). Drove it back and am well impressed, body feels tight and had no issues on the way back. Here's spec list from the sale thread, am yet to have anything verified by anyone I only got it Sunday so... Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 112XXX on the body allegedly however I've got the import papers from when it was imported in 2006 and it was imported with 112,200km's on it so somehow the odometer has gone backwards (yes sarcasm intended). 8,500km's on the motor since rebuild. BODY: Full respray in GT-R Spark Silver Metallic KL0 Front lip resprayed, plastic in ducts removed Guard indicators deleted N1 front bar ducts Carbon rear boot lip Front number plate side mounted Aftermarket headlights inside has been painted black Aftermarket clear front indicators. Plastic weather strips HID headlights N1 GT-R skirts INTERIOR: Stock front and rear seats MOMO sports steering wheel No name brand shifter Shadow Racing gauges Clarion head unit Tinted windows ENGINE: Claimed 220awkw standard boost forged rebuild, was built at Unique Autosports, I'm going to email them see if they have all the details on the build, i have receipts for: ACL pistons Gates timing belt N1 oil pump Nitto extended crank collar Also came with: R34 GT-R engine covers painted gold Clear cam gear cover Apexi NUR catback Aftermarket downpipes Factory airbox and BOVs NDC race bearings Machined head. R33 GT-R turbos Trust FMIC 50mm stainless radiator Exedy HD clutch IMPUL ECU SUSPENSION/WHEELS: G4 coilovers Adjustable camber arms Neotech castor arms 18x9.5 Enkei RPF1's with 225/35 Federal SS595's Its an awesome car to drive, pulls like a champ although has 4th gear syncro issues so can be a pain to get in sometimes, my plans for it are: Remove MOMO wheel and replace with standard, much prefer the standard over any sports wheel. Remove shadow gauges and install either Apexi or Defi water temp and boost. Find new dash and replace. Replace gear boot and handbrake boot. Replace stereo fascia as it is cracked. Either get some fatter tyres for the wheels or buy new wheels and sell Enkei's. I wasn't super keen on the Enkei's to begin with and the size tyre on it is just stupid, it aint no drifter! Get a boost controller and put some more boost through it, may start looking to build a decent motor down the track. Install Trust DD exhaust instead of Apexi one. Remove carbon lip and install body coloured fibreglass one. Install factory weather shields. Install early model headlights (square type) Remove rear NISMO badge (don't even think there's a NISMO item on the car) Install stock floor mats I'm sure the list will get longer and longer but for now I'm just going to enjoy the shit out of it until November when the reg is up then decide whether to garage it and club/historic reg or keep it full. I plan on keeping this car for a very long time. Cheers CC's welcome! Kyle
  14. To start this off, this is my very first import car that I have ever owned. My last car was a 2000 Trans AM. I recently got stationed in Tokyo, Japan and will be here for the next 3 years. I've been doing (trying) tons of research on this car. Not sure where to start, everything I find usually has to deal with the car being a track car. This car WILL NEVER see a day at the track. My main goal is 330-350wkw. I know the 100,000km maintance just around the corner(99,000km currently). It's currently my DD but will not be in about 3 years when I get orders back to the states. What should I have put in when I have that maintenance done(after market)? I guess the main question is, Where do I start? If someone could easily link me to a build or help me figure out what would get me to that point. (I have included a picture of my car).
  15. Hi Guys, Up for sale is my TEIN Superstreets off my 93 R32 GTR. The Coilovers have only done around 5000-10,000kms and were bought new from Japan around 1 year ago. I'm selling these as i'm parting ways with the car and returning it to standard. Pictures: The Coilovers are located in sydney but i can ship at the buyers expense. Price: $700 ONO
  16. Looking for ideas on where to find suspension, wheels, brakes and other Gr.A parts for sale to suit the GTR. Despite the number of cars built parts seem hard to come by, Any help will be appreciated
  17. Hi, Just need some advice please. I am currently in the process of fitting HPI 3" dump pipes to my GTR R32 and am worried about my Y Pipe not having a Flex joint in it. Would this cause my dump pipes to crack? Also I noticed there are a lot of Y pipes or mid mid pipes on the market but all are twin 2.5" or 2.75" into 3" or just over. Are their any Y pipes which are 3" all round as I would think that 3" inch dump pipes would go best with a twin 3" y pipe? All advice is much appreciated! Thanks guys!

  19. Hey everyone, A little background. I currently live in Okinawa, Japan and my ATTESSA pump and/or pressure switch has died on me. Here in Japan they only search and order parts per your VIN which generates the Nissan FAST part number spread sheets. Well the dealer thought ATTESSA was HICAS (he swore by it) until I gave him the part number 41610-05U00. It was then he finally figured out they discontinued the ATTESSA pumps and the pressure switch was not given a part number creating a dead in. Google is only showing me old, used, unknown status pumps and I cannot figure out if a BCNR33/BNR34 ATTESSA are compatible. Now for the issue. Recently my 4WD light came on. Before people start lighting me up I have went through the process and searched forums. The computer flashes 18, 19 and I have went through the process of deduction per the FSM. In the end the pump as stopped working and/or the pressure switch has failed. Some times the light does not come on for a minute and the system works, but in the end the 4WD light will come on and deactivate the system. The pump used to be super loud, but now makes no noise. The reservoir was just below the MAX line, but for some reason it is well over filled (I did not add fluid to it). Everyone says to replace the pressure switch, but NO ONE SAYS PART NUMBERS OR WHERE TO FIND ONE! I am looking for a new or rebuilt ATTESSA E-TS pump with pressure switch for a BNR32 that will last another 24 years. If it matters it is a 1992. Also there is no DIY for rebuilding the pump or who/where we can purchase a refurbished pump. So, could someone help point me to who/where I can find and purchase a ATTESSA pump with a pressure switch online? Japan is no help, go figure.
