As title states i am looking for a set of hard brake lines that connect to the abs unit as the nuts on mine are siezed to the abs unit and once removed most likely would be too damaged to be reused. Need help ASAP if it is a big issue I had 235/40/18 on my car and the speedo reading was off by a mile So today i changed the tyred to 245/45/18 and all is well but when i hit the gas doing 70-80km/hr then step on the brakes the pedal felt solid it seem like the higher the rev, the harder the brakes will be. Can anyone help me on what the problem is????

G'day, I am trying to find the best set-up for my R32 GT-R to do some light track work (Club track days etc). The car is used rarely on the street, but still does get driven once a week/fortnight or so. I have been surfing around the various threads on brakes, tyres, and wheel sizes, and have gained some good information with regards to what fits, and what works, but I am curious to see what people have found works well for them as a combination of them all. I currently have standard brakes, standard GT-R wheels and road tyres. Ultimately, I would love to put some track tyres, the likes of Federal RSR or similar on the car. I love the look of the standard GT-R rims, so would love to put the RSR's on them. However, I don't want to do that, only to find that I really should upgrade to bigger brakes/rotors, which ultimately means bigger wheels, new tyres etc etc. I have a good grip on the suspension side of things, with some nice coilovers and all new bits and pieces there, so I'm going to focus on the tyres and brakes for the moment. So, what do you run on your R32 GT-R for recreational work. Brake Setup - Rotors/Pads/Calipers? Wheel Brand / Size? Tyre Brand / Size? Thanks in advance.

Set of Brembo R33 GTR brake calipers, lines and pads(front decent, rear pretty low) for sale due to selling the car they were going to go on. Gents, I know this info has been thrown out before because I was able to find it some time ago, but not now. However, I am in Japan and have a V35 350GT-8 that would love a upgraded set of brake pads all around. I just want to insure that I'm looking up the right part numbers, so if anyone as the correct parts info for my V35's pads; it would be greatly appreciated. Also, what are some recommendations for good quality pads? I put her threw mostly just sporty daily drives and the occasion street race, but no track. I've heard a lot of good thing about EBC Red Stuff or Akebono pads.... are these my best options? if so, which models? Thanks in advance! 007Samurai

I just got ATTKD 324mm front brake rotors fitted and everytime I brake there is a loud squeek, It still happens even when there warm. I'm using Bendix Ultimate Pads about 90% left on them with stock brembo calipers. Just wondering if they need to wear in and the squeek will stop or if it's somthing more serious.

Hi, this is my first post just to let you know I have a 1997 R33 GTS-T series 2. At night when I have my headlights on, come to a complete stop and apply either the foot brake or the handbrake my headlights will switch off. Once i release either brake they come back on... anyone had the same issue or have a rough idea at what the problem could be!? It's a real hassle when stuck at traffic lights on a slight hill haha, Cheers.

Just got my 2004 V35 re-registered and they guys doing the esafety check said I had about 3000kms left on the front rotors. Ultratune quoted around $550 for new rotors and pads. Can anyone recommend someone either in Central Coast or North Sydney/Ryde area? Apparently the pads that I have have asbestos in them too which is leaving a lot of brake dust on the front. Is there a particular brand of pad that people use here that won't leave dust? I don't need to replace the rear rotors but it might be worth replacing all the pads at once.

Hey guys Have found A new project and wont be needing these brakes or wheels anymore as they no longer suit the application. The front calipers and rotors are brand new and havent seen one day of work yet.. The rear calipers and rotors have been used for one or two track days, cant remember.. Bought them along time ago.. Still pretty much as new.. The fronts are 6 pot 383mm x 36mm and the rears 4 pot 343mm x 34mm all rotors are two piece.. I bought these from another member on here jagr33 quite some time ago and have never used them since.. They will suit any skyline from r32 to r34 or silvia from s13 to s15. Just need to redrill your front uprights for 14mm bolts, the rears im assuming on all above models are for 10mm bolts I am chasing 7.5k + post Ame TM02 wheels as new measuring 18x10 at +15 offset, with achilles 123s semi slicks 1000kms of highway driving on them measuring 265x35x18.. I pretty much put the tyres on and drove from brisbane to mackay then parked it up.. The wheels are perfect with only the minor mark or two from the socket i used to get the wheel nuts on and off.
