  5. Hi all, I decided to sell my R32 Skyline. I bought it in October last year (2012) with the idea of it being a project car. With having a 2 year old child plus another one on the way I'm finding it harder and harder to find time to do anything and i wanting to make a return to 2 wheels which i gave up to buy this. I reckon i've put 1500-2000 klms on it since I bought it. Since i've had it I've done the RWC which required a new windscreen, front rotors pads and tyres. I fitted a set of DBA slotted rotors with QFM brake pads which for a 20+ year old car, pulls up better than my wife's brand new SV6 Wagon on even my brother brand new FPV GS!!!! I have since fitted a set of 18 inch rims but still have the original R34 GT rims i bought it with. Have also fitted a HID head light kit which has made a massive improvement over the originals. It has a few performance mods but needs to be tuned for them all to work to full potential. Have recently discovered that it has a chipped ECU. This is pretty much the original advertisement on this webiste i've copied and pasted over with some of the original pictures. and some new ones since i've fitted the new rims xterior Looks wise its fairly standard, has the factory type m skirts, rear pods and I have recently sprayed and fitted a genuine Gtr front bar. Also have fitted a rear lip from viva garage which is fairly unique and in my opinion looks great. Currently rolling on r34 gt stock wheels all round with good rubber. The car sits approximately 1" lower than stock height on bilstein shocks, nice and stiff ride but not to stiff for daily driving (height is still very roadworthy). Interior The interior is nice and clean for an 89 model with no cracks or bubbles in the dash, only let down is a tiny rip on the drivers seat. Only interior mods are a boost gauge sneakily installed where the drivers air vent should be which I still have. Also the factory head unit has been replaced with an alpine head unit with an iphone/ipod cable neatly tucked away. Engine mods Most of the engine mods have been professionally fitted by the previous owner which include an r34 op6 turbo, nismo 555cc injectors, z32 afm, hks pod, blitz return flow intercooler, splitfire coilpacks, 3" turbo back exhaust currently with twin drift pipes at rear but I have 3" blitz rear muffler to make it quieter. The engine bay appears completely standard due to the return flow cooler and hks pod being mounted inside the shell of a standard airbox. Have had a hwy patrol officer look over and did not pick a single thing out. The car runs fine and appears healthy but is in need a tune as it runs very rich and has alot more power potential. estimating power figures at around 165rwkw at the moment. Have recently done a little service which included and oil and filter change using motal 4100 and installed new ngk copper spark plugs. An oil change has been completed every 5000km's by me since I have owned the car. bad points -rear guards have had the lips rolled for bigger wheels -slight weep of power steering fluid coming from hicas lines but doesn't drip has been like this since I have owned the car (will not be a roadworthy issue) -small scratch on rear bumper (hardly noticable) $8,500 ono Can be viewed in Healesville Call Trav on 0438-217-644

Made a very responsive 232rwkw on 10psi with a HKS 2535 but is untuned with the TD06H. The car is a real head turner and have never been pulled over by police.   7. For sale is my R33 GTST. Since getting a work car 4 years ago my skyline has sat under cover in the driveway and only done 1000k’s or so. With it costing reg and insurance it’s time to sell it up and move on to the next hobby. The car has a strong, well maintained engine. It’s done 56K km since the rebuild (156K kms total on car). It did 600kms on the freeway each week for 2 and a half years so it’s been a pretty easy life given its power. I’ve had the car since 2003 so don’t really want to part with but have to cut my loses eventually. Car info; 156,000kms with current rego until August 2013. Interior is in great condition except for 2 holes in the drivers A pillar from mounted gauges. New leather break and gear boots. Skyline floor mats in good condition. Recaro seats with some standard wear on them. Nizmo 300km/h dash cluster. Short shift kit. Impul light weight racing rims (17in white 5 spoke). GTR rear spoiler / Veilside pods / skirts. Full black coloured body with resprayed roof, boot and bonnet. Turbo back exhaust; x-force dump-front pipe, x-force high flow cat, Blitz 3in catback. Apexi intercooler. Other extras that I may have forgotten to mention. Engine info; 273rwkw (with dyno sheet) useable power. Power FC tuned rich for the motors longevity. Ported & polished with angle cut valves. Forged pistons. GTR crank and rods. Denso 740cc injectors. Q45 Infinity AFM Pod filter – could do with replacing Turbo - Custom: Ball bearing: Equivalent to GT2876R? Compressor – A/R 0.70, HKS exhaust housing – A/R 0.64. Greddy blow off valve. For a RWC it would most likely need the following standard wear and tear items; new windscreen, front discs, potentially tires, clutch, the tacho is playing up (I was using a 4.5in tacho with shift light but took it out because it was a functional but a bit wanky). All of which I haven't spent the money on in case it gets. $8,400neg for the car as is without RWC or Reg. A tough looking car in great condition that gets plenty of comments. Well worth a look for and reasonably priced for what’s in it. Willing to split the motor out for $3,900 (including everything under engine info) if the interest is there and part out the rest.   11. Hey guys, I have a complete R33 GTST the gearbox IS MISSING. The shell has some rust around the strut towers so I don't think it can be registered. The car is located in Newcastle NSW It is best suited to some one who wants a half cut. Everything is in the car minus the gearbox. Car still has, clutch, clutch lines, clutch pedal, pedal box etc etc. All inquiries please PM me and I can forward you more details. Car comes on stock wheels also.

Its been a while since I was last on here...not a lot has changed haha The time has come where I cannot justify (economically) running my skyline. $1000 a year in rego and a tad less in insurance (full comp) burns a hole in my pocket when realistically I do not drive it often enough to enjoy it. This is not a decision which I have taken lightly (it was my first car back in 2004) and I will in no way get back the money I have put into it (probably $20,000 over the 11 years of ownership). Anyway - I'm after some advice of what I should be asking. The car is drive able under light throttle however under moderate to heavy load the motor will just bog. Ive taken the car to mechanic (East Coast Kustoms) said the fuel pump and idler control valve needs replacing. Also the coil packs probably need replacing as a start. Pretty much I don't have the money or interest to fix this problem. Also LH Front Quarter has minor damage - see picture Front bumper is black - See picture No air con The car doesn't need major work or money to fix the above problems just someone who is interested in it. Hi All, Purchased this vehicle off another member just over a year ago on the forums (original post http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/394522-white-1995-r33-gts-t-series-15-for-sale-or-swap/). About a month after I purchased it I was told I had to go do Adelaide for a project for only about a month, nek minnut, ended up living there until now (back in Melbourne). Originally purchased the car as something I would learn on but never got to really use it, only as a going around town on the weekends I was back in Melbourne. About to move to Canberra in January for Officer Training at RMC so looking to sell/swap as soon as possible. Vehicle Specs KMs: 169,xxx km (purchased at approx. 162,xxx km) Manual QM1 White Rego until 3rd of June, 2014 NO RWC, can discuss this at time of sale. Am not interested at pursuing myself. Cannot see issues with it, had to get RWC when I bought it and was no issue. Only thing was changed front tyres, so fronts are approx. 90% thread. Comes With (copy/pasted from original thread and changed where I have made changes as have not done much) Stock M - spec bodykit with drift style rearspoiler lip and roof spoiler - have original spoiler, drift spoiler currently installed Factory Sunroof. Momo 350mm deep corn steering wheel.(Standard steering wheel included) - installed new bush as old one had snapped and wouldn't cancel indicator. However, had steering wheel alignment issues when trying to refit but new bush is still there and in tact if you have time to fix it White Work XD9 wheels 17x 9.5 +17 fronts with225 45 17 tyres 90% tread and 18x 10 +18 with 235 40 18 tread 85%. When swapped, took original rims instead. Were sprayed black but were flaking. Have resprayed since then. Comes with spare rim + tyre however is fairly bald. Bilstein shocks with king springs super low.(Nice stance, handles great and comfy for a daily). Stock shocks and springs will come with car. HICAS Lock bar fitted. Full 3 inch custom exhaust with stainlesssteel twin pipes. (Sounds tuff) Also twin pipes come with silencers to keep itquiet. One silencer was missing and the other cable tied. Was much too loud for my liking so installed cat back Nismo variable exhaust that came with. However, variable cabling was cut so when installed, got valve permanently welded open. Sounds nice and bassey but not too loud as to attract unwanted attention.HKS Super dragger exhaust and custom twin pipe exhaust will also come with car. R34 GT-T turbo fitted. Customised Intercooler Kit. 040 bosh fuel pump Power FC (Not fitted) Apexi AVC-R Greddy turbo timer JVC DVD double din screen. A/C works great, really cold, just beenre-gassed. Had serviced at Racepace approx 164,xxx km Starts no worries every time. Changed coilpack approx. 1000km ago. Since purchasing, as mentioned above installed smaller exhaust and installed some wiring in front of FMIC to prevent stone damage. Have also done a thorough clean of the interior - looks very good for its age and also slight detailing on the outside. Resprayed rims (as mentioned) and rough respray of spoiler however cracking (which was originally there) is beginning to show again. Could do with a proper sandback and respray. Also comes with quite a few spare parts including those mentioned above. Have R34 CAI, spare centre console (bought because lever wasn't locking in on current one) and drivers side door pillar? The plastic part where the window controls are. Ended up respraying the old one, but do have a spare in v good condition which matches interior colour scheme better). As I've only got a couple more months before I move again, happy to take any reasonable offers however would prefer a swap. Looking for any wagon, SUV or Utes. Let me know what you have and happy to talk. Willing to part with at most $5k your way to give indication of what I would be happy to swap with.   17. A rare R32 GTS-4. Incorporates the same 4wd ATTESSA driveline as the mighty R32 GT-R. Well maintained with both oil and filter changed every 5000km. Air conditioning working as well as all belts and fluids (gearbox, front and rear diff, brakes, power steering, ATTESSA) have recently been changed.   19. FOR SALE - $4000 1995 R33 Nissan Skyline Gtst Car was my everyday car and was running great till I accidentally rolled into the back of my new car! Bad luck was an understatement! Don't have the time to fix it atm and I have a new car to drive so might as well sell it to someone who can look after it and get her back on the road. Has minor front end damage that can be fixed easily. Headlights are fine from the front but the hinges have cracked off and the rear casing is broken. Thermo fans have cracked hinges, engine fan has a few slightly bend fins from touching the radiator. Radiator has a whole. Front bumper was quite flexible so took most of the knock but is still in condition to be put back on if you dont mind the small dent. Bonnet is bent. I would estimate the distance it was all pushed back would be a few inches as car was on doing a slow rolling speed. I have pulled off the parts to be replaced as you will see in the pix below. Car was primarily stock with only upgrades being exhaust system and HID front lights. Klms are original. Bought it with 90,000 klm on the clock. Has some scratches on the body. Engine has never given me issues except for the random standard coil pack. Ive had a few quotes for the parts needed to repair and maximum quote for all parts was $1400. You could definitely get the parts cheaper if you had the time to search. Parts needed are: BONNET (S1) FRONT GRILL (S1) FRONT REO BAR BOTH HEADLIGHTS (S1) RADIATOR AND SHROUD THERMO FANS ENGINE FAN BLADES ONLY If you have any questions just let me know.

  22. Hi All, I just wanted to share a few tips I learned recently when I changed my thermostat. This is the second time I'm doing it now Tools - 12mm socket - Ratchet - Uni Joint and extension - Hacksaw or angle grinder - Pliers, long nose, snub nose either will do Recommendations - Get a new thermostat housing Parts - Thermostat - Thermostat Housing - Coolant - Long bolts or threaded rod the same thread size/pitch as the bolts for the housing/block Steps 1) Drain the coolant from the radiator - In my case I just removed the lower radiator hose 2) Cover the alternator with a bag to reduce the chance it will get covered in coolant 3) Remove all wiring from in the way - I found this made it much easier to get everything out and back in 4) Unbolt the three bolts from the housing - This is where you will need the Uni joint, and ratchet (will need extensions here too) *not my image - I borrowed it from Google images because I forgot to take one* 5) Clean the mating face on the block of all old coolant and grime 6) Put a 2mm bead of gasket maker on the housing 7) Fit the new thermostat to the block ensuring the jiggle pin is at 12 O'clock 8) Cut the heads off the two long bolts or use threaded rod and screw it into two of the three bolt holes on the engine block 9) Place the thermostat housing over the two studs 10) In one swift motion place the thermostat housing against the engine block and insert one of the bolts into the blank hole 11) Tighten the bolt to 16-21 Nm as per factory spec 12) Remove one of the fabricated studs and put another bolt in again torquing to spec 13) Repeat step 12 for the final bolt 14) Fill the radiator up and bleed it (plenty of guides online already so I won't bore anyone) --------------------------------------- I wrote this guide because I had a problem recently when I installed another thermostat. It's very difficult to locate the housing over the thermostat without the gasket maker grabbing it and moving it out of the way. This is the result of my last attempt

Searched high and low and hoping they will eventually turn up. I bought the car absolutely stock with 13XXXXKMs on it. I will try to find the ad that was originally posted up on here. There are no known issues with the car and has never been in an accident to my knowledge. I have also replaced all manifold studs plus the manifold and turbo gasket due to previous leak. Does not leak and oil/fluids and doesn't blow any smoke. Though the air con needs a re-gas. If you say you are going to come and take a look, please be professional about and at least let me know if you are not able to make it as I have had to take off work early, deny other people access, just to meet 'seriously interested' people that don't end up coming and not replying to text.
