  1. Hello Thought I’d take time share with you my GTR. I’ve been a member on SAU since the early days – April 2002. Started on here as a young guy in my early 20’s – just sold my VP HSV and was looking to buy a R33 GTSt which were just starting to be sold at the yards around that time. After owing the GTSt, I moved onto Supras, Evo’s and various R33 and R34 GTR’s over the last 10 years. Although I loved the 2JZ Supras – the car that I always loved the most and always gives me the best memories – was my 2001 R34 GTR V Spec II. 2001 GTR V Spec II 1998 GTR Supra 2010 Shelby GT500 Being without a GTR for a number of years I decided I would start quietly keeping an eye out in Japan for my next car. I am very particular about my cars – extremely fussy – so I was in no rush – browsing the yards in Japan is half the fun. I was after a car in Japan – I had to be first owner in Australia. I was after a quality modified car – standard or near standard cars was not an option – as had many and I was looking for something more hardcore. Wanted a car built in Japan, of the highest quality, genuine low km, etc etc. This car would be a keeper – something I will spend time in with my sons, enjoy, etc. I was actually looking for a 34 …. when I received an email from Global Auto in Japan (where I had purchased the Autoselect R34 GTR the week before)……..   2. GReddy Performance Damper Remote Control Kit For sale is a GReddy Performance Damper Remote Control Kit. It came with my GReddy type S coilovers that were installed on my S13 ~10 years ago. However, this kit has never been installed. I've simply carted it with me for nearly 10 years like some sort of automotive hoarder. As a result, the box is a little bent and some internal cardboard partitioning is missing. But the unit is in perfect condition. I've run it out and plugged all the components together to get my head around the wiring with the intent of installing, but that is as far as my lazy ass ever got. I kept it around with the intent of sticking it on my next car - an R34 with BC BR coilovers - because as I understand it, these also fit BC BR dampers. Still never installed them! Be aware, while these fit all GReddy Type S Performance Dampers (and some other makes), some require spacers to fit under the bonnet. No spacers are included here. $400. Willing to post nationally at buyers expense. Pickup available from Melbourne's S.E. 3169.

Comes with the HKS Z32 size mafless pipes. all the pipes are still nicely polished and clean. Supplied with Brand new filter elements. Ive ordered the filter elements from japan and will have them in week or so just fyi. $1100 ono HKS RB26 front pipes to suit stock framed turbos -5’s etc. good polish and they will come up new $450 ono tomei expreme stainless dumps Excellent quality has provisions for stock EGT found on vspec 34’s.   8. Hey guys, Going to spend some bigboi money on a new ECU and will have these available. 1) R34 Nistune ECU with Flex fuel Have had this in the car running for 2 years. Tuned with 14PSI, front mount ,z32, and 1000cc injectors. Can return to factory if need be. Has flex loom added to it so all ready for flex! $475 2) Z32 AFM - Genuine unit. Few years old (Been on two of my cars now in the last 3 years) in good condition! Works very well but no longer needed. $125 3) Greddy Profec B Spec II Electronic Boost Controller Works very well. JDM AF.   9. Up for sale is my supertech solid converted RB25 head, Genuine GReddy Intake Manifold with Plazmaman Rail and 1650cc Bosch Motorsport E85 Injectors. RB25 Supertech head - 1mm valves, solid lifters, big port job, runs RB26 cams clearanced for 10.25mm lift. Just had freshen up, new valve seats cut and face skimmed. $2000 DOES NOT COME WITH CAMS.   10. Hi guys! Installed a GReddy RB26 Aluminum I/C Pipes last week, now I notice there is a turbo wistle/whine during spools. I haven’t noticed them before, I dunno if it’s connected. Was thinking maybe it’s because the thick insulated rubber pipe (after the “Twin Turbo” pipe ) was replaced with a metal one that’s why the wistle is more audible now? That was our theory because that rubber pipe was insulated. Anyone had similar experience?
  11. I tried installing the core today. Annoyingly, the BOV return pipe gets in the way. It's a 13 row core, one too many sadly. Anyone managed to fit the 13 row oil cooler with the standard BOV return pipe? I don't want to attack the pipe with a hammer...
  12. Hi Guys. So in pursuit of making my RB26 a well even and smooth running engine I've done a lot to it, putting all the best bits on it I'd like to know some more information on the Nismo and Greddy manifolds. The question is do they make the engine run smoother and respond better. The theory is these try to get the airflow to each cylinder as even as possible, especially fixing the 6th lean condition. Speaking to many tuners about it and a lot are in disagreement, most say with modern ECU's you can adjust the individual injector to ensure a proper A/F mixture so these manifolds won't help. My theory still is though if one cylinder is getting less airflow, for that power stroke it makes it is making less power and pushing down with less power down the crank, and the engine won't ran as smooth. So my first question is, while the theory exists, in practice how much of a difference does it make - I don't mind spending the money if it makes some improvement in your guys experience if you've ever done back to back. I know a lot of SR guys notice improvements when they put aftermarket OEM replacement plenums on but have not heard so much talk with RB26's Much reading I done mentions that this helps get the twin turbos working more evently, I'm running a single though. The 2nd question is, Greddy or Nismo, big price difference. And which ones can or can't be replaced with the engine in, apparently the engine needs to come out for these to be fitted. The Greddy one i wonder why is a 2 Piece. I'm also considering, the Hypertune multi TB plenum
  13. Is Greddy Intake Plenum worth the trouble? Have one for sale locally at a good price, thats why Im considering .Anyone have experience with it? Seems like the intake runner length and width different from stock. I have HKS GT-SS now but hoping to reach a responsive 800hp with 2.8 Stroker and of course different / bigger turbo setup.

Dual Blitz Super Sound Blow off Valves Price: $150.00 Reason for sale: reinstated OEM BoV setup. GReddy PRofec B-spec II EBC (NOTE: in-car controller only does NOT include wiring harnesses or solenoid) Price $50.00 Reason for sale: not required for my setup. All were removed from an R32 GT-R making 305KW. I don't have much detail on these items as I bought the car and it went straight to the workshop to have an engine transplant and the above work performed. The previous owner advised that one of the GT-RS turbos had been rebuilt but I don't have any receipts to confirm this. Pick up in Melbourne or will post at buyers expense. Okay so ive got an issue with putting these injector inserts into my freddy plenum and need help with what to do, basically the rubber seal is too big to fit (i did use bosch rubber grease to try and get them in)but the actual inserts themselves fit perfectly! What other options would i have to seal the inserts, i was thinking of using rvt gasket maker but am unsure if this will be okay?

Garret GT3582 0.82 MrTurbo special MrTurbo (http://www.billetturbochargers.com) twin silicon nitride bearings and cartridge upgrade, slightly larger T04 compressor wheel, extrude honed turbine housing. Bought 10yrs ago for a RB26, never got around to using. Has not been used since rebuild, no carbon deposits and balancing paint still on it. Stored inside, all ports covered. Is meant to make about 430rwkw at 2bar, 320 on 1bar, (ULP) with faster response than stock twins. Included is a flange for the dump, a flare pipe to 4” and a right angle for the dump, ready to weld up. $1500 6Boost turbo manifold for RB26. T3 4 bolt flange New, never used. Some surface rust due to mild steel. $1000 TiAL 44mm wastegate New, never used. As shown, boost feed ports taped. Unfortunately no banjo fittings, just the gate, the V-camps and the ends that you weld to manifold and screamer. There's a spring in it, not sure which PSI. Comes with a "red" spring too, again unsure of pressure. Springs are bought from many places online. $400 Trust Greddy Y induction pipe New Y pipe for fitting two 80mm AFM's onto a 100mm turbo intake.   20. Cams - what to get ???? ok guys, now b4 anyone starts and i know there are many posts about cams and so forth on here. But i want other peoples opinion on what to get for my motor not what other people have. i have looked into cams and so forth but havnt really got a definitive answer yet, so i would like other peoples opinion on the matter so i can make a educative descision on what to buy. pref something that drops straight in and i dont have to change anything. ok so my specs are as follow ecr33 - series 2 rb25det hks bottom end work standard cams and so forth on top ff plenum hks gt-rs turbo - not sure on trim currently running 15psi - want to run 18 -20 psi turbosmart wg40 wastgate - currently spring set 11 psi greddy oled - boost controller power fc still has vct aswell, dont realy want to get rid of that unless its an easy job. currently changing fuel injectors to 1000cc from standard boost comes on around 3200rpm onwards - responsiveness from idol to boost is very good want to try and retain that so the question is what cams should i be getting to work between the 3000rpm range to 7000 rpm, but i also want it to sound a little lumpy if u know what i mean. i will be eventualy changing over to the haltec ecu with rotational idol, but for now the power fc is good. so anyone have any qood information so i can choose the right cams - and please no abuse or telling me to sell my car as i have seen on other posts ???????
