  1. I'm selling a mint condition RB20DET AP Engineering Power FC with a controller. Also comes with a custom felt lined bracket (in picture). I made this to mount it in the factory location in an R32GTS-T. Very rare for a genuine RB20 PFC to turn up for sale + you get a quality mounting bracket if you own an R32.   2. Hello everyone, I ran a search and couldnt really come up with any deffinitive answers. I figured I'd start a post here to see if anyone had any advice and I will be updating with remedial actions. I'll start off with the car specs and then run you through the situation. 1992 BNR32 GTR, 108,000 km on stock RB26DETT Mods include: Power FC, HKS pod filters, Koyo radiatior, HKS intercooler with hard pipes, ORC twin plate clutch. The other day i took my car past 6000 rpms for the first time and the cat temp light flashed rapidly. after some research i learned that the powerfc will flash the cat temp light when there is a red flag for multiple reasons. One of them being engine knock. I changed the display on my powerfc to display engine knock and found some disturbing results. At start up, the fc will read a high of 30 knock. After start up ill clear the display and at idle it will show knock between 1-8. normal diriving up to 3500 will show 8-15. 4500 will show 20-25. at 6000 it will show 61. My power fc is set flash the cat temp light at 60 nock so that would explain why it was flashig. From my research I've learned that the Powerfc is not the most accurate device in displaying knock, and should only be used to give a general idea. I guess all im asking is what do you all think of this? How concerned should i be? I would rather have ZERO knock lol. This weekend I will be compression testing the engine to get a better idea of where i stand. Hopefully the results wont be to bad. As long as its not to bad (155-175 psi on all cylinders) i plan to baby the car for the next two years and save $ for a new engine. Any thoughts or advice is welcome. Thanks guys, -Eric

  4. Hi Guys, I had a search, but couldn't find this specific topic and if this is in the wrong sub-forum, mods please feel free to move it at your discretion thanks. As there are many Power FC models - I'm trying to get a breakdown of the way Apexi released their serial numbers. So far I have found: PFC RB26 XXX-XXX (Older Power FC's) PFC GTR33 XXX-XXXX (Standard Type - Less Recent) PFC GTR33L XXX-XXXX (For L-Jetro normal version Power FC) PFC GTR33D XXX-XXXX (For D-Jetro Type) Obviously PFC = Power FC RB26, GTR33, GTR33L, GTR33D = Car/Engine fitting type But what are the 3 and 4 digits after that? If anyone knows this information and what each bank/number signifies exactly or can shed better light on the topic would be much appreciated.

  7. I have a Power FC to suit a ER34 R34 GT-T for sale. Item is still in the original box with all English Instructions, Serial Codes, etc. It comes with the Power FC Command hand control, the ECU unit which is Plug and Play. Replaces your original ECU. When it was fitted in my car, it was tuned to suit a FMIC, Turbo-back Exhaust (standard hi-flowed turbo though), Pod filter and abit more boost. I am seeking around $900 or the nearest offer. I am also selling the Apexi AVCR also still in the box. This is the updated black screen, white LCD display version. I am seeking around $600 or nearest offer. Lastly, there is a pair of carbonfibre mirror covers for sale. It's attached via 3M double sided tape which I have not used them to date. So they are still new. I'll consider any offers above $30. I'm going overseas in 10 days, so what isn't within that time frame will probably have to wait a few weeks till i get back. Item 1: R34GTR PowerFC in good condition, only in car for about 2000k's - comes with hand controller (it's the new style LED screen) AND FC boost control kit! - it's missing the two gold in/out nipples for the boost hoses to go into. $750 Item 2: R34GTR HKS Hi-power Silent exhaust, 3000k old. no dings, great condition. $500 no gaskets Item 3: Rb26dett dump pipes, I have two sets, Stock BNR34 and Xforce split dumps. Xforce are brand new, stocko's are used. $250 either pair. Item 4: BNR34 JJR intercooler (100mm core) travelled 15k, very good cond, no dings to tubes. $200 Item 5: Unknown brand TE37 copies (Rota maybe), Powdercoated gloss black, 19x9.5 (Two wheels only), no damage, no gutter rash. have achilles ATR's (19/275/30) on them with a good amount of tread left. Don't know offset off the top of my head, but they fit the 34 well. $400 Item postage is possible if the sale is soon, otherwise need local pickup thanks, Pics will be added below tonight.

Purchased a brand new set of Tomei Poncams and springs earlier this year from Nengun. Items are still brand new in the packaging they came from japan in Cams - Nissan - Skyline - ECR33 - 8/1993-9/1997 - Duration: IN,EX 256 Lift: IN,EX 8.5mm Springs - Nissan - Skyline - ECR33 - RB25DET - Type A - Lift 8.80 Purchased these brand new for $1300 - wanting $1200 - No need to wait a week to recieve them Nismo Coil over suspension for R33 GTST - Front and rear. Damper Adjustable only. Still in brand new condition, never taken out of the box. - $1000 Apexi Power Fc with hand controller - used. $1250 Z32 AFMS - purchased off another forum member from his GTR - has twin to single adapter. No plugs - $250 Willians 4 point harness, still brand new and never used.   10. 1x R33 APEXi Power FC (model serial no: PFC ECR33 010-1098) 1x APEXi Power FC hand controller (model serial no: FCC3 020-08934) 1x GReddy PRofec B-spec II (complete with wiring harnesses and solenoid) Removed from a running 1995 R33 GTST Series 1.5 RB25DET to upgrade to a Haltech ECU. The ECU came with the car when I bought it three and a half years ago. I bought and installed the PRofec B at that time. I had it all re-tuned in May 2012 when I installed 850cc Denso injectors and a GCG Hi-Flowed R34 turbo. That setup made 260 rwkw on pump 98 at 18-19 psi, we maxed out the stock valve springs as they were noisy with any more boost. I've upgraded to a Haltech Platinum Pro Plug-In ECU with built in boost control so I have no need for these. The tune currently on it is for stock R33 GTST RB25, stock (pink label) MAF, 850cc Denso injectors, front mount return flow intercooler and GCG hi-flowed turbo. Plus fuel pump and other supporting mods of course. As the package does include the hand controller it is possible to reset the ECU back to factory settings to plug into a car that is stock as a rock and have it work on a base tune. It's unlikely that you have the same mods as I did to be able to use the tune it has now, mainly the 850cc injectors etc. Price: $1,150 Where: McDowall, QLD How: Pickup preferred but will post at buyers expense.
