  2. Hello all, New to the forum, currently in the market for an R34 GTT. I looked at one on Parramatta Rd today, unfortunately there was some shabbily covered damage / water damage in the boot. I am wondering if anyone knows an R34 GTT that is manual for sale in Sydney or surrounds? Also is there any dealers / specific cars for sale st present to avoid? Cheers
  3. Up for sale is my '98 R34 GT-T. I am the first owner in Australia, imported last year. 106000kms on the clock, rego til January 2015. Always filled with 98 Premium Unleaded and have every receipt to prove it. It is completely stock other than Blow-Off Valve and a Cat Back Exhaust. The car has a Recaro Sr3 driver's seat and has a Mongoose M80s Alarm system with immobiliser and turbo timer. It has a It has a GT-T type R front bar (has a couple of small scratches on the bottom) and and nismo headlight eye lids. It has a Pioneer double-din headunit running on the skyline bass boosted speakers. It has 18" Volk F Zero Challengers with 70% rubber on each wheel. I have the stock bar with an aftermarket lip that will throw in with the purchase of the car. I am negotiable in price and only selling the car because there is currently too many cars at home.   4. Well time has come to put old faithful up for sale. Its a 1998 R34 GT-T with the following features; Apexi Power FC + Hand controller Turbosmart e-Boost Hiflowed Turbo 5 speed manual Grade pack Climate control Power mirrors / windows Remote central locking 2 way factory fitted sunroof 150,000km 11 months rego Splitfire Ignition coils Trust Front Mount Intercooler Trust Pod Filter 3" Turbo back exhaust Switchable Traction Control ABS JVC Stereo with iPod and Aux inputs Condition Turbo was rebuilt and hiflowed earlier this year, it still has about 7 months warranty on it. TCS trips a warning light intermittently sometimes after you have been driving a while. Still works however. Tiny dent behind drivers door. Usual stone chips on bonnet etc. Car is located in Bathurst NSW (about 2 hours west of Sydney) $17500 (Will also consider a trade or trade + cash).
  5. Hey guys, I'm selling my Power FC and Z32 as I have bought a Haltech ecu so I can run E85 etc... The Power fc was in my car for about 5 or 6 years and was last tuned by Mark at Godzilla motorsport. For anyone interested it was tuned with basic mods. 3" exhaust, fmic and ebc running 12-13 psi. The Z32 is brand new, I installed it in the car before changing my mind and going with a new ecu that doesnt require an afm. It will also come with a Tomei plug. I am looking for $1000 for the lot, but if you are interested in one or the other let me know and I'll see what I can do. Located Sunshine Coast, but can post at buyers expense. Cheers guys.
  6. Been on here a while, don't post very often, but lurk around. I currently have Rays Engineering CE28N's on my 34GTT, which I believe are 18x8 and 18x9 unsure of offset. I am thinking about buying new wheels but I am unsure of what offset to fit, and if I can fit under the guards. I am thinking something a great deal more aggressive Keeping in mind my guards have already been rolled, in Japan. Was thinking of getting these Rota Grid-R's in these offsets, but perhaps there is a better suited offset on the website. 18x9.5 +18 front 18x10 +15 rears http://www.rotawheels.com.au/wheels/rota-grid-r Would like similar fitment to this, maybe perhaps slightly less aggressive. Nissan Skyline R32 fitted with ROTA Grid R 18 x 10, 5x114.3 +15 Cosmic Blue My question is how far can I push the offsets? Also will 18x10's fit under my R34GTT, or is that pushing it too far for the rear, and perhaps 9.5 is too much on the front also? Cheers in advance, Michael.
  7. I have the annoying TCS/Slip/Engine light coming on every now and again (R34GTT), and staying on until I switch the car off. Sometimes all 3 lights will be on, sometimes only TCS and Slip. Happened at start up the other day, and has also come on after 5 mins driving. Doesn't really seem to be rhyme or reason to it.. Is returning Code/error 21 when I do the paper clip bridge thing, however I have no misfire nor rough idle and the car seems to be running completely fine apart from the occasional small pop when shifting. My question - is Code 21 definitely failing coil packs? Pretty sure they are original (90 on the clock), so they are probably due for a change anyway, but I want to rule out any other potential probs.

Hey all, I have a 2001 R34 GT-T that I recently modified with the following.. • HKS GT-RS • Z32 AFM • Deatchwerks 600cc Injec. • APEXI Power FC • Apexi panel Filter • Bosch040 Fuel Pump • Blitz SE Intercooler • Splitfire Coil Packs • Exedy sports Clutch • HKS EVC 6 Boost Controller • NGK Plat. Plugs The help I'm chasing is where to go from here? I made 250rwkw on pump 98, however I was hoping for a little more. I've been researching thoroughly however I'm currently at a bit of a loss. The car is extremely responsive and that's what I was going for when planning these upgrades, I don't want to lose that.. I'm looking into type B pon cams, and it's my understanding, with the turbo selection I'm right on the boarder of type A vs type B.. Also looking into e85, however I know this will require fuel system upgrades.. Can anyone recommend anything else I'm missing? I've seen a few 33gts-t's on this forum supposedly making 300kw with this turbo and was hoping to get closer to that.. Any suggestions are welcome, Cheers.
  10. Hey all, I've done a forum search but didn't really get a definite answer. Basically, I've got a 98 R34 GTT with base level mods: Pod filter, exhaust, FMIC and boost increase to 12psi (stock turbo). I'm still running the stock ECU. Is it necessary to upgrade the ECU for such base level mods to get the best performance, or possible to retune the stock one? I do not plan to upgrade the car any more. Much appreciated.

Hi The problem i have is my boost gauge on the dash keeps cutting out, at all different times i.e it drops dead while the cars is boosting up, sitting idiling at the lights, and putting my foot on the clutch after accelerating, other times it works fine, is this likely to be the gauge or something else??   13. Hey Guys, I am new to the forum and to skylines. I just bought a 2000 R34 GTT, i noticed that alot of others had the stock 3 guages in the centre and mine doesnt. My 3 main concerns are: 1. Is this normal? 2. Can i get a stock one that just clips in? 3. Is it hard to install for a novice car moder? Would really appreciate some info from you experienced Skyline owners out there!   14. Hi guys, Needs some help. I'm in the market to buy intercooler kit for my R34 GTT, I'm looking at two. 1. Blitz Intercooler SE Kit 2. Cooling-Pro Stealth Series Intercooler Kit I want to keep my engine bay stock and am told that both of these will do a good job maintaing that. Need to know if someone has used the above and how's the experience like? And any preferences? I also want to know where to go and get this fitted, I am looking for a good professional job someone who has done this for ages plus doesn't tell me that there will be massive cutting, drilling and grinding to fit the intercooler in. I know there may be some cutting required though. Lastly I'm also looking for a Radiator cooling plate and have seen Chinese Carbon Fibre ones. Are they any good? Thanks heaps.

  20. Hi all I'm selling a full R34 altia kit frond end. The kit will include altia front bar, bonnet left and right fenders, front bar reo and brackets, hood hinges, front bar bonnet stay and also inner gaurd plastics. This should be all the body panels required to do a full r34 front end conversion. All parts are genuine nissan in black. I'm chasing $1200 for everything (negotiable). I can also include a LHS xenon headlight, altia rear bar and/ or switch out the bonnet and front bar for genuine GTR items for an additional cost. Pics will be up tomorrow.
