  1. Hey guys. I've been on the lookout for DR30 rear calipers for my own build. I stupidly imported the wrong ones... So for sale I have a front pair of DR30 RS Turbo brake calipers (I believe are upgraded from the standard R30 gear?). They come with all the new seals, pads, copper washers etc to overhaul them entirely. They are fresh imported from Japan with the fancy Japanese newspaper. I paid $150 to get them to my doorstep, I'm asking $100 + postage to wherever in Australia. (Est $15 for Eastern states) You can contact me via PM or text/call me on 0401 169 265 Cheers.

Hello i am currently starting a engine rebuild and wanting opinions from the more experienced than me, which is probably most on this site, i am putting Nitto stroker 2.8 kit into my Gtr r33 2.6 ,also tomei procams duration 270, high , lift 10.8, tomei 1mm oversized valves, my question is would you keep the twin turbos which are garrett 2860-5 which are 6 months old or would you change to a single turbo and if so which one. thank you
  3. Hi guy’s, So a year to go until I travel to Japan and export a R32 to Sydney! But my research starts now. After I watched some videos and browsed Carsales I realised that most people decide to rebuild their GTR’s engines at about 68,000 KM’s, not that this is any concern, my Civic is running perfectly fine on 200,000+ KM’s but I am sure a GTR differs. My main question is there any reason as why people rebuild their RB26DETT at around 70,000 KMS? And would you guys recommend an engine rebuild at this amount of KMS? Thanks, Josh
  4. So my turbo is going, going, soon to be gone... I have a 2003 M35 Stagea, 120xxx km's. Stock - except for some mad-as wheel nuts! My mechanic has told me that to rebuild the turbo will be around the 2.5k mark based on the following: Engine removal (as the turbo cannot be reached any other way) Rebuild the turbo (as a replacement from Nissan will be too expensive) Refit the new turbo Replace Engine So my question to all you fellow Stag drivers is this: Is the price/quote correct & must the engine be removed to replace/rebuild the standard turbo?

  6. Need some info from the RB30 Guru's. RB30 pistons in RB25 block? Does it work! Compression good? Anyone done this before and having no issues? Reason i want to do this is because my pistons on my RB25 are cracked and we got loads of R31 skylines here in South Africa so the RB30 pistons are cheap and readily available. Where as the RB25 is a import motor for us and parts/spares are expensive! If you guys could be of assistance that would be legendary! Thanks!
