  1. Hi Guys, This is my first post here but have been reading for a while, so hi all . I'm currently looking at a stagea with a broken electric seat (I understand this is a pretty common issue). It's a 2002 NM35 Autech Axis with the heated leather electric seats, I just wanted to get some opinions as to common issues/fixes for this problem. All other functions appear to work except for the back and forth motion (the only one you really NEED haha, typical). Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks in advance!

Overview: Hey guys, I’ve not had this car for a year, and whilst it has been the most comfortable, and reliable car I've ever owned, my situation has changed with my fiancé purchasing a brand new car, and only now requiring one car for a daily commute. Paying 2 sets of insurance/fuel/maintenance is just not viable at this stage. I purchased this car from Ben at Northshore Prestige early this year around the 15/4/13. It had circa 104000kms when purchased, and I have put a further 4,000kms on it since owning. It is immaculate. The paint has no chips whatsoever. There is NO rust. Mechanically, it is A1. There is no creaks, rattles, sounds etc. Automatic gearbox feels strong. Being the Axis model, it also comes factory with a flared Autech styled bodykit, different grill, and from what I’ve been told, different suspension compared to non axis models. It comes with the beige leather interior (Not the crappy brown color) with heated seats, full electrics. The only issue that I have with it is that the CD Player has crapped itself. Radio/Tape player (lol)still works, and you can put CDs into the 6 stacker, but it will simply not play. Modifications: - 18" genuine Nissan ARX wheels. - EZlip front rubber lip. - 20% window tint on front 2 windows to match rear privacy glass. - 350Z Non Brembo slotted and dimpled rotors on the front. I’ve simply used it as a film car for my business, and a daily commuter to and from the Bank. It doesn't get thrashed whatsoever, and is serviced meticulously. Washed every 2 weeks, and a full detail done every 8-12 weeks. As far as I’m aware, at this stage, it is one of only 2 for sale in NSW. I have full approval papers from Department of Infrastructure and Transport, as well as Japanese Export Certificate in PDF format, provided by the dealer, if you would like to peruse it.   4. Morning chaps. Yesterday, I took delivery of my new 2002 Nissan Stagea Axis Autech model from Northshore Prestige. Having recently sold my R34 Skyline due to not being able to fit film gear in the Liner, I went on the search for a new car. I was looking for something cool, auto, with a bit of power, upgradeability, comfort and most of all, space to fit all the things. After having driven a few different cards (VE Wagon, Legnum, etc) I went and saw Ben from Northshore Prestige, and took the car for a drive. It basically ticked all the boxes, and I left a deposit on it that day. Its done 104ks. After having the car for 1 day, my initial thoughts are as follows. 1) The suspension/body roll is horrible. I will definitely be investing in some swaybars to stiffen the body roll up a little bit. 2) The seating position is rather high. I would ideally like to put some lower seats in, but its not a HUGE issue. 3) The auto gearbox is one of the most sluggish POS's that I have ever experienced. This is something that will definitely get attended too. 4) The car feels very restricted. I would imagine freeing up the intake and exhaust will make it breath much better. Other then that, I'm really happy with it. It talks to me in Japanese everytime I turn the car on as well, which was pretty unexpected at first. I'd like to get a new dash facia so that I can fit an aftermarket head unit with bluetooth and ipod connectivity as well. Can anyone tell me what wheels these are?   8. Genuine Nissan Stagea PM35 Autech wheels with good tyres. Genuine Nissan Stagea Autech wheels & tyres. Currently on vehicle, but is not being driven. Fitted to a 2005 PM35 Stagea. In good overall condition bar slight gutter rash on all 4 rims. Front tyres are Michelin pilot sport, even wear with 70-80% tread remaining. Rear tyres are Mazzini ECO605, also with around 80% tread remaining. Wheels are 18x8 with a +30 offset. Tyres are 225/45R18. Commonly fitted with 245/45R18 also. Located central west N.S.W. Purchaser to organise freight, happy to drop off at a Depot in Orange or Bathurst.

  10. Hey guys, I joined the Stagea life back in Februrary (although ive been looking for one since mid last year) and recently came across the Fujima 260rs dolphin models. Although its not quite the same as my Stagea, its the closest ill get as I havent seen any s2 stagea models.... Mine is a s2 RS4-S with a 260rs front bumper, dolphin skirts, and a dolphin rear bumper, and a DAYZ wing. Anyone still have one of these laying around by chance? Ideally one that hasnt been built, but would consider a built one. Would need to be shipped to me over in Canada land! Thanks,
  11. Regretfully selling GTRWGN Nissan Stagea 260RS. This is one of the toughest and cleanest 260RS Stageas in Australia. I no longer have the time for it and therefore it sits in the garage far too much. Lucky to drive it 8 or 9 times a year! $30,000 spent on engine alone with receipts! Technically …you’re getting the stagea for free! It's running a Powertune built RB28DETT Tomei Stroker. This engine can make over 500bhp (372kw) at all 4 wheels. Currently making 460bhp (342kw) on 20psi of boost at all 4 wheels with 491nm of torque. The engine configuration is extremely drivable. The setup allows for instant grunt as soon as you put your foot down with no turbo lag what so ever! This car never fails to put a smile on my face when I am behind the wheel. It turns heads on nearly every single person it passes and the exhaust sounds absolutely amazing! Has a nice lumpy idle due to the HKS stage 2 Camshafts. The Stagea has 101,000km on the odometer.   12. Hey guys, I've been looking seriously at purchasing a C34 Nissan Stagea for the past few months. I've researched all the information and old threads I could find, but I'm still hoping to get some knowledge and experiences here. I've always had a soft spot for Nissan's, and I'm getting a bit tired of my VE SS. I also play drums, and loading and unloading my current car is becoming a bit of an issue; so the Stagea, so far seems to be ticking all of the boxes I live out in the country, and hence would like to get as much info as I can before travelling to have a look at any for sale. I'm particularly interested in the 260rs. My budget is 25k which I'm hoping will get me a pretty neat example (when the right one comes up for sale).I'm very interested to hear people's experiences with these cars and the advantages/disadvantages of this model, as well as anything particular to watch out for when looking at potential purchases. Also wondering if going the import route would be feasible? I've been looking at a few past sales and a grade 4 car could be imported and complied within my budget. But the idea of it makes me a little nervous to be honest. Lastly, I've read mixed opinions regarding the legroom in these cars; I'm 6'4" and I'm worried that I might not even fit behind the wheel.   13. 2003mdl Autech Axis 209KW AWD 2.5lt turbo 145 000km . Very good condition for age. Some minor Knicks and scratches, nothing big. Totally stock standard except for front brakes which have been upgraded to r34 gtt 4 pot callipers and 310mm discs, intima sr front pads and remsa rear pads. Will also come with standard brakes if you want them. Also fitted with roof rack and alarm/immobilizer. Turbo was replaced at 135k km with a low km (65000) standard unit, oil feed was upgraded to a braided one at the same time. Plenty more life in this turbo. Autech cream leather interior with heated front seats. Ac climate control works beautifully. Has aftermarket Android 5.1 head unit, cd/dvd/nav/obd reader system with 2017 navteq maps and hobdrive obd software connected to factory bose sound system. Spark plugs and diff/transmission fluids replaced at 120k and wont need to be done again till at least 200k. Coolant done at 140k. Engine Oil and filter will also be replaced prior to sale. I have serviced this car personally and oil has been replaced every 5k km using penrite synthetic. This car has been well looked after and has plenty of life left in it. Myself and previous owner are both sau members who have treated this m35 well. The only negatives are rear split window in the tailgate doesn't open (possibly the switch), rear tailgate struts need regass or replace. A squeeky bush in the front suspension (only in really cold weather) Reg till 31/10/18 $6200 as is or $6800 with RWC. Located in s.e suburbs of Melbourne. These are old pics but still looks the same. Will update with current pics when i get some time.

Been looked after and undercover all its life here, serviced every 5000km. it has 11months Rego and is priced to sell. $12,000. LSD diff service and installed with new fluid 10/2013 Gearbox flushed 112,500km 4/2016 Rocker cover gaskets replaced 4/2016 Coolant flush & Oil/filter 112,500 4/2016 Spark plugs & Oil/filter 120,000km 4/2017 K&N filter (after the BMC filter died) 124,500km 10/2017 Brake Fluid flush 124,500km 10/2017 Oil & filter 129,000km 2/2019 the belts have been replaced haven't noted down when but lubed every 5000km O2 sensor & AFM replaced 2017 New battery in 2017. New front disc's in 2017.   18. Hey guys, i'm a bit torn. I'm looking for a RB26DETT car for my next ride and i'm stuck between R33 GTR and a Stagea 260RS. This is going to be my DAILY and it will have to run a 11 second quarter mile They use the same engine, most of the same components, both AWD and same power etc. I was going to go for the R33 for the weight but I found out it's actually not that much of a difference(about 200kg I think). I like that the stagea is very unique and uncommon (sleeper) but the GTR has a sportier look and feel. Now i understand this is completely personal choice but I wanna see what you guys think!   20. In search of a series 2 260rs front bar within aus. Thanks to the rainy season and qld’s shit roads i hit flood water at about 80 kph in the middle of the night. ABSOLUTY disintegrated my front bar beyond repair. So yeh i do not care what colour or condition as long as its fits a series 2. I know how rare these are, so I am kind of just hoping to god someone has one. Can get them new from Japan but there about $3500 without shipping which just is not an option. I can organise freight or pickup if located around Brisbane area.
