  1. Hey guys I bought these (second hand) over summer, fitted them in maybe March They are currently fitted to my stagea with the Eibach springs that were in there before but they aren't really suited to the driving i do and the roads i drive on They seem in good condition and im guessing that they might be suited to the king springs (running the eibachs because the stagea rears have narrower tops) I'll probably have these out next weekend They have no shock tops so byo, this will mean that you can pump the shock up and stuff and test them out without the springs under pressure Make me an offer Would also consider swaps for some gtr offset wheels (can probably do a small cash adjustment) Pics:
  2. As above i'm looking to get some softness back into my ride.. Located in Sydney Thanks!
  3. Hey guys, I recently bought a 1998 R34 GTT Coupe, and it has come with some Tein Super Street coilovers (P/N QEN68-Z1531 at the front and QEN69-Z1531 at the rear), which just don't fit the car properly, it sits too low in the front and can't be raised any more. This means that the car scrapes on every bump in the road and even on moderate cornering. As far as I can tell, these coilovers are designed for an R33 GTR?? So I am planning on changing them out for Bilstein shocks and King springs, which I have been doing a bunch of reading about Sydneykid's group buy back in about 2006 I think. Seems like a really good street/occasional track setup for a daily driver. Just wanted to check that it's still a good setup nowadays for the money. Also, I noticed that Sydneykid said that the ones he sold were individually valved for each sale: "Yes Daniel, I have specified revalving for the Bislteins to suite the spring and bar rates I have chosen." So I'm wondering if I will need to get my Bilsteins revalved as well? Additionally, I have read on the group buy that the Bilstein shocks are height adjustable by circlips? But I'm not quite sure what this means and if it is specific to the Sydneykid group buy, or if all Bilstein shocks are height adjustable. If I am aiming for approximately the 350mm front and 340mm rear (wheel centre to guard) that is recommended in the group buy, will the Bilstein shocks and kings springs around that? Sorry for asking so many questions, any help is appreciated, cheers.

  5. I have listed on Ebay.au: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/231769583058?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 I am offering a R32 GTR Shock Absorber & Spring Package (BNR32GTR) for sale. This kit was developed for a group buy on the Skyline Australia Website. Link: http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/87521-r32-gtr-whiteline-suspension/ The 4 Bilsteins are new and were re-valved by "Sydney Kid" for Australian Roads and Track Days. Extra grooves for circlips were added in the shock body for ride height adjustment The Whiteline Springs in the package are the springs specified in the group buy. The springs have been used very little and have the normal paint chips and scratches you would expect. (See Photo) These Springs are no longer available. The Super Pro polyurethane bushings and caster adjusters are new in the original packaging. The bump stops are new and modified per the group buy specs. The white bump stops are discolored by the black sleeves. (See Photo) This is an excellent package for the R32 GTR. A great balance of ride quality and performance. The link to the SAU.com.au website has lots of information on these items and setup. Roy Campbell - Mobile 0449977645
  6. Hiya folks. Up for sale is a set of Bilstein PSS9, done about 8,000km. In good nick, bit dusty in pics as my GTR has been a dust magnet for best part of the year. Shock bodies has been anodised in black. Spring rates are believed to be 9kg front 10kg rear as I can't for the life of me remember what it is, I'm basing it on numbers off the springs. Asking $1,200. Postage is extra. Location, SE Suburbs Melbourne. Contact via PM.
  7. r32 GTR / Z32 Bilstein Coilovers Set of height adjustable bilstein coilovers. These are the B8 model designed for those that want to run a couple an inch or more lower than standard. I have spent $770 having them properly valved by Baker Bros that specialise in revalving for race teams in Melbourne. $850
  8. Hi SAU, Purchased an R33 last Oct, seller was generous enough to give me a bunch of spare parts. For sale are all the parts i'm sure I won't be needing/have no space for. Any reasonable offer will be considered. Items located in SE subs Melbourne. Not willing to post interstate sorry. A full set of Work Meister S2R 18x10 +15 (5x114.3), all wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE001 (265/35 R18 97W) - $1200 - The alloys do have scratches, and major scuffs as seen in the photos below - Each comes with center caps, and air valve caps - Two of the tires have ~5mm of tread left, other two have ~6mm. 9. Hey All, So I've decided to sell my Bilstein shocks with H&R lowered spring (rear) and unknown lowered non progressive springs (front). The height I think is very decent - not too low, not too high. This package managed to do a 1m12s around Wakefield Park, so it's decent enough.. but owning a floating fridge with wheels on the track, something a little stiffer is needed hence they're up for sale. History on these shocks: I actually bought these used a while ago so I have no idea how many kms are on them. When I purchased them they were on horrid slammed off it's tits king springs which I pulled off and sold immediately. I then re-used a set of front springs I had already on the car with H&R progressive rear springs which I bought off this very forum. I replaced the worn bump stops with some used stuff I had lying around, replaced the strut tops with some slightly better ones from my car and plonked the lot on my car. Shocks do not leak and are very comfortable. No audible knocks and no signs of bent shit, I would say these not too bad (heaps better than your chopped springs on standard shocks). Because I have no idea of the age, and the KMs traveled I am planning to let the entire lot go for pretty cheap. However, I won't remove them from the car till the prospective buyer is happy with them, i.e. I'll take you for a ride around my local hood. What you will get: - Front & Rear Bilstein shocks (no circlip mod) - Front Unknown Lowered Springs (non progressive) - Rear H&R Lowered Springs (progressive) - Decent strut tops - Ok looking random bump stops lol How It Sits: Price: $350 (yes I've got it listed more on social media, it's because there's a moron filter tax) Location: Canley Vale, NSW Contacts: Here or PM Oh yeah, here's a video of my car & suspension combo in action:
  10. Bilstein Coilovers R32 GTR Hi, I have a set of bilstein B8 with a coilover sleeve that I had rebuilt and revalved by Baker Bro's in victoria. Baker brothers are very well known in the Rally world for revalving Bilsteins and generally only work with race teams, hence dont advertise themselves. I found them on the net after a bit of digging so sent them off from Sydney. These were done about 12 months ago. I asked them for a fast street/tarmac rally set up with the valving. The car has sat the whole time in the garage and I am going to go a different direction with it hence they have not even done a single KM. The spring and shocks/springs have some scratches on the paint as with any older coilovers and will need new rubbers at the top mount, however thay have been refreshed and revalved which is the expensive part. I am not sure of the rates however they look to be on the higher side (maybe 8 or 6kg) however with the right valving and application this should not matter. Bilsteins have a wide range of adjustment so you can always change them out if you need harder or softer springs. Cost to me was $770 inc GST + Shipping both ways to baker bros. I will let them go for $800, I need to clear all the parts I have unfortunately to pay for other things. I think it very fair price for a custom Bilstein coilover set up. Cheers

  12. EOI: Skyline 350GT coupe (V35) Bilstein Height and Dampening adjustable coilovers. Unsure of spring rates, springs are Bilstein (front) and Hyperco (rear) Used Good condition No leaks Currently still installed on my car, however I am ordering a new set of coilovers from japan in the next few days. (even higher spec - Aragosta or Zeal) The picture shows the ride height as it is currently, about as high as you can go. there is a lot of room to go much lower if you like that sort of thing. $800 or near offer. I will update once they are off the car.
