  1. Hey guys, sorry if it’s already been covered but I couldn’t find anything (I am pretty useless with this stuff though 😂) just wondering what the go is with getting my r33 GTR on club registration in WA, sick of paying full rego and never driving it, currently off the road as I’m doing a lot of work to it, but even when it’s on the road I can’t see me driving it more than once a fortnight.
  2. Hey guys, I'm in a little car group which just started off as a bunch of mates from high school which has evolved into a group of about 40+ enthusiasts with cars ranging from skylines to supras to silvias to hondas and so on. Each one of my close mates is in another more specific car group such as Supra Club Victoria and S-Chassis Club. Just wanted to know if there was any skyline dedicated groups or clubs that have regular meets and/or cruises. I've been looking for a while and can't seem to find any at all. If you are in a club and are looking to expend with new members then look me up on facebook or message me here. If not, then maybe a few would like to get together a start a small local skyline enthusiast club. Let me know! Thanks. Matt.

  4. Well gang, as much as we all love cruises, the SAU NSW team have finally snapped, and decided that it's time for us to get out, but this time, we wanted to have a more casual & social event, where we can spend more time chatting and getting to know each of you! When figuring out what kind of even we should hold, we decided to revive this old classic - Aqua Golf @ Penrith Panthers! So, please don't be a stranger, and come down to meet us and have a laugh while smacking some balls into a pond! As usual, here are the details: Date: Saturday 23rd April Location: Aqua Golf - Penrith Panthers Time: 4:00pm Map: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Aqua+Golf/@-33.7565255,150.6829137,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x97bb34f3a6f6199a!8m2!3d-33.7565255!4d150.6829137 All you need to do is bring yourselves (and some money) as all equipment will be available. Plenty of food options are also available at Penrith Panthers complex. Prices start from $7.00 a bucket and they are open until late! All NSW Government COVID Public Health Order rules and requirements will be followed. A copy of SAU NSW's COVID plan is available for all to read, which can be found on our Facebook page. This is NOT a race and we will all be adhering to all road rules. If this is what you want please come to one of our many track days. This is an official SAU:NSW event and will be run under a CAMS permit. One of the things that really sets our club apart is our commitment to being true enthusiasts. When on normal roads we strive to maintain good relations with the authorities as well as the public in general. When attending one of Skylines Australia NSW events please try to: • Be aware of surrounding environment and act accordingly. • Drive courteously on the state’s roads as a true enthusiast should. • Understand how important it is to maintain the good name of SAU:NSW and thus, treat others accordingly. • Any misbehaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave. Thanks guys and hope to see you there!

  6. It's happening again! Another "exciting" year has passed where COVID has locked us down, and stopped us from doing what we love most - cruising with you, our amazing SAU NSW fam! So, once again, restrictions are easing, and we're planning to make the most of it - SAU NSW EVENTS ARE BACK!!!!!! Just like last year, we're going to kick things off with our Putty Road cruise, which is our biggest and most loved cruise of all! We know you're all as excited as we are, so make sure you lock in the details and date below: Date: Sunday 23rd January 2022 Meet Location: Corner Windsor Road and Groves Avenue McDonald's / KFC (3 Groves Avenue, Mulgrave) Meet Time: Meet at 9:00am for a 9:30am departure Destination: The Royal Hotel, Singleton (84 George St, Singleton) Map: https://www.google.com.au/maps/dir/-33.6257063,150.8382563/-33.60192,150.8219818/7755+Putty+Rd,+Garland+Valley+NSW+2330/Royal+Hotel-Motel,+84+George+St,+Singleton+NSW+2330/@-33.0497301,151.2863625,10z/data=!4m16!4m15!1m0!1m0!1m5!1m1!1s0x6b0cfd0f940d6db7:0x818eda6b9975306!2m2!1d150.748518!2d-32.9074811!1m5!1m1!1s0x6b0cafd7fd5df341:0xb21f7907d7a5223e!2m2!1d151.1760133!2d-32.5628405!3e0?hl=en&fbclid=IwAR1VzOB-k3FPhuE2ZRvJiKSCYUSTqlTGX-HGZN4jH3mbFW7tIsucphjhqYQ Itinerary: We will meet at McDonald's / KFC on Windsor road and from there will head onto Putty Road. There will be a break at the Halfway Truck Stop which we should reach at approximately 11:30am. For all the Newcastle folks this will be a good point to join up. From here we will continue on to Singleton for lunch. Please remember to fill up prior to heading onto Putty Road. There will not be a fuel stop until Singleton. To those running on E85, the United at Vineyard on Windsor Road has started selling there. At Singleton there is a range of servo's available including BP, Shell and Caltex. There will be a lead and follow car so no one should get lost. We will also be bringing along walkie talkies to keep the group together so if you have one please bring it along. If you would like to attend or bring others along please put your name down and a +1 as numbers will be needed prior! To keep inline with the NSW Government's COVID requirements, we will have the following rules/requirements: - A QR code will be available for all to scan in at the start point and the Truck Stop. - All people joining us at Royal Hotel Motel will be required to check in with the pub upon arrival. - Everyone will be required to maintain social distancing of 1.5m at all times. - SAU NSW staff will be monitoring attendees for social distancing and will have the event QR code for all to scan. - Limited spaces will be available at the Royal Hotel Motel for those wishing to stay for lunch. More spaces will become available as restrictions ease. Should NSW Gov't COVID restrictions change, we'll update our event description, and will post on our page, so please stay tuned! A copy of SAU NSW's COVID plan is available for all to read, which can be found on our facebook page. This is NOT a race and we will all be adhering to all road rules. If this is what you want please come to one of our many track days. This is an official SAU:NSW event and will be run under a CAMS permit.
