Over two years of ownership I thought I'd make a build thread as i don't have enough procrastination in my life as it is. up until this car I hadn't owned a car more than 6 months before selling it due to being bored of it or finding something else. Originally bought this car back in November 2012 as a means for a quick profit. The plan being to fix the little problems, swap the wheels and sell it. However as with most thing in life it did not go to plan... This is how it was when i bought it coilovers with chopped springs 1/2 turbo converted lenso D1r 18x11.5 +12 with 235/40/18 Horrible interior missing parts. First thing to go was the enormous wheels which just were not to my taste and did not suit the car in my opinion. in the mean time i put the lenso on my trike haha Bought some old school work wheels for $70 to roll on while I sold the lensos and bought another set. also put some stock struts with lowered springs in. Swapped the lensos for a few sets of wheels and cash my way. Included in the swapped sets was a set of R32 GTR rims Due to the excessive guard rolling that had been required to “fit” the 18’s and the ill-fitting +30mm vented fiberglass guards the gtr wheels sat a fair way inside. which is kinda funny on 4 door here is where i will leave it for the first post and will steadily update to present day over the next weeks

Is a very cruisy car to drive and stil has a fair amount of poke. The bonus is you can have a rad skyline and still carry more than one passenger that has legs! But seriously I did an oil change on it about 100km ago (probs about 3-4 months ago) and I just don't need it any more as I have another car to for my work. I bought this car to drive as a daily and had the trans replaced and some of the seals replaced at the same time. Had oil done a not many km's ago but 3-4 months. APPARENTLY had the timing belt done by previous owner but I can't garuntee that. Has an electric sunroof. Tinted windows (legal darkness) Mag wheels Electric windows Has awesome skyline floor mats (JDM!) (they are standard and have cool badges n stuff) All in all a great car to drive BUT....Bad parts It has the standard jap headunit in it so no radio but I have been borrowing one of those fm tuner things and it works fine, or you can listen to AM radio! You can have a free headunit that I have sitting here. The left rear electric window doesn't work. The right rear handbrake asembly has something wrong with it, makes a clunky noise over bumps but is apparently easy to fix (I have no idea and it didn't bother me) The paint is a little bit average in some spots. In summary: Nice car, it is no show car but if you want a skyline on a budget and you are a fixit type it's a score! Or why not finish it off and make a bit of money? Hi Everyone, Up for sale is my immaculate Nissan Cube3. I purchased the car from IMG 3 years ago and was the first australian owner. I've used the car as my daily and it's never skipped a beat. I shopped around for quite a while and this was by far the cleanest I could find. When looking i drove both the 1.4 litre and a 1.5 and they are worlds apart. the 1.5 with CVT is much smoother and can easily tackle hills and freeway duties. Anyone buying a cube i recommend they drive both to appreciate the difference. Lastly I'm selling due to going overseas at the end of the year for 6 months. Hello all, I have just imported a Nissan Cube. My priorities have changed and need money for house now. It is just having compliance finished off this week I have been told by the workshop. Car will be sold with registration. This is the first 1.5l to be complianced in Vic and is one of only a few 1.5l cubes in Vic (none on carsales atm). The 1.5l is said to be more efficient with fuel, has more power and sits at a much lower rev while cruising on the highway. Would make a really fun daily while the GTR sits in the garage for the weekend. The car looks like new and I had to raise my bid at auction significantly to get a quality car. 2001 VX Commodore wagon, have owned for a couple years and in that time have gone through and upgraded parts to make it a reliable tow car! Car is also DUEL FUEL so cheap as chips to run (costs about the same as a 4 cylinder hatch) Heavy duty tow ball (cost $550) 6 month old rotors and pads (cost $400) new rear shockers and springs (cost $400) new air bags in the rear for towing (cost $275) recently replaced thermostat and intake pipe. Tyres still have at least 75% tread! still around 9 months rego left! Car is also on GAS...cheap!! Have used this car over 15 times for towing car/trailer and she has been extremely reliable (including interstate trips). Hey guys, so im currently in the market looking for a car. Ive been offered a NA R32, with 220xxx. Seller said no leaks or issues with the car other than minor paint fade. However, the car has 220xxx kms and im looking to use it as a daily. Apparently it is the orginial rb25de and hasn't been engine swapped. (How do i know this for certain?) Is it a good idea to do this? Also if the car is defected, i've seen horror stories with people having to sell them off as track cars (Why is that?) Please help me decide. He wants 7k ono, but im not sure if its the best decision tbh. Cheers

Thoughts on drifting daily car? Hey guys I am looking to purchase a turbo car for my daily drive and I want to get into drifting. I am just curious, considering I've never done drifting before, how often do you run into issues with your car due to drifting? Would you say its a bad decision to drift in a daily?

So i've always had some sort of sport car reliable or unreliable, bug eye wrx, r32 gts-t, and 2 180sx's. Now finally set my mind on hoping to have a keeper, 1994 nissan pulsar gti-r. Bought it unregisted for about a month now, waiting on funds as its xmas and an apprentice its gonna take ages to get it past the mvr for rego. heres a pic of it
