I am in Okinawa, Japan and have an M35 Stagea 300RX RWD with VQ30DD. I have done a few mods to it and was very interested in what types of after-market parts will work (cross reference) from the Skyline VQ series, G35/37, and VQ series Z cars. So far, I have added a JP Simple Style front lip, Infiniti G37S Akebono front brake kit, R35 GTR early model 20-inch rims, Tein suspension. Right now I am interested in intakes, plenums & engine/harness covers, and exhaust systems. I believe that most if not all of the plenum (spacers) and intake mods (Z-tube, Stillen, JWT Pop-charger) should bolt right up. I was debating on whether to go with the Kinetix V+ plastic plenum or to go with the MD 5/16" spacer with ISO thermal kit. And as far as intakes, the Stillen w/ Z-tube looks best considering the cold air box and how hot it is here most of the year. Do all of the front strut bars from the Skylines and Z's bolt up with no issues? I realize that there is somewhat of a selection of exhaust systems for the Stagea, but would the G35 sedan exhaust systems match up? If not, what is different? I just ordered a stock G35 coupe mid-pipe so I'm hoping that it bolts right up without an issue. I heard that all of the mid-pipes measure the same length except the Z cars which are shorter. Is there any more info that people can share? Are the headers, cat pipes, y-pipe (or xyz? pipe), and axle back mufflers all basically the same from one car to the next? I was considering getting an axle back muffler like HKS or Fujitsubo offers for the Skyline 350GT sedan but not sure if it will fit.

LHD G35 Battery Cover Install [M35] 1. Remove the rubber that runs along brake cyl compartment 2. You'll need to trim off a strip of about 5mm from the top of the brake cyl compartment. I forgot to take a photo but we also sanded the edge after cutting, so there was no sharp bits. 3. Cut this little chode off from under the wiper too 4. You'll need to make at least one bracket to support the cover, as only one of the holes line up with the car to support it. Make more along the back if you're keen 5. Mock up the cover and mark out where the bracket will fit, then drill it out. 6. Test fit everything 7. Add a touch of paint to make sure the metal you've cut on the body doesn't rust. We just used touch up paint in a can that we sprayed into the lid and dabbed on with a paint brush. 8. Dun

Hey guys, I wanted to get NIssan 350gt for a while but since i wanted a manual one forum advice me to get a series 3 manual 2006 350gt which is roughly around 22- 25k then i checked the price of 370gt which is somewhere around 26-33k should i spend that extra buck and get the 370gt .. I can get 2008 or even 2009 370gt if i really do my research - but I m not really a big if the stereo which is on 370gt .. is there a way i can change the stereo to a different one ?? - back spoiler of 370gt makes it look kinda prestige not sporty ?? what u guys think ?? - what are cons and pros of choosing 370gt over 350gt ??

Not my first time posting the results of my fun times down the strip, and certainly not going to be my last. Please see my video below documenting my adventures. After setting a PB of 14.2 @ 159kph back in October 2017, I decided to take my 2003 V35 back to the Perth Motorplex back in may before they closed up for the winter. The car should have been in great form- freshly serviced, a set of splitfire coilpacks (installed after the car threw a code) and some stainless steel test pipes (shedding 16kg of weight alone). I was gunning for a 14 flat, maybe even a high 13, but alas it was not meant to be. Despite a higher top speed (160+), I lost 2/100ths of a second and kept running 14.4's all night. It appears the car has picked up in the top end, but the 60ft times suffered. Where I was redlining 3rd previously, I still had an extra 500rpm up my sleeve. The only things to do now would be a tune, and maybe a 3:65 manual diff, so with bonus time coming up at work, that's what I'm planning for. But at least I know there is room for improvement! 350gt-8 Manual conversion I'm in the slow process of manual converting my 350gt-8 sedan i have a gearbox clutch fly wheel and driveshaft . The only thing i'm stuck on is a CLUTCH PEDAL ass for it does anyone know if a 350z on is the same? or can recommend on that will work. Any info/link would be awesome

G35 front calipers onto R34 25gt Essentially the title says it all, have people done this conversion on a skyline before? I've mainly seen it done on Silvias to great success since they either swap in gtst or brembos from skylines anyways. I would assume the swap onto an N/A r34 would be identical to gtt swap just needing the uprights drilled to14mm. Would be a decent upgrade from the 280x26mm rotor to a 320x28 from the g35. Biggest reason behind this route is that I'm located in Canada and sources parts for skylines is quite difficult quickly so I decided to try and swap it to a domestic vehicle with plenty of stock for less headaches. Hey guys, As the title states.... my 2003 V35 350gt alarm sometimes decides it wants to be active when I lock it, then sometimes isn't active when I lock it. Easiest way to explain it is when I lock the car, come back later then tried to open doors and alarm went off (great!) However when I decide to try it again and come back later to open door the alarm doesn't sound or go off? I have been told the V35s come with factory Nissan security however mine came with what I think is an after market alarm or immobilizer with a key fob? Have uploaded some photos as attachments with what currently is the go.. key, key fob, and a little switch and press button thing which I assume the fob connects to? Unless I am doing it wrong I just lock the car as usual with lock button. Don't really know what the use / how to use the other key fob and switch so any help would be greatly appreciated!
