  1. Hi all, I have 3 questions: My Fuel Light is constantly on ever since I replaced the LED bulb. (since 2wks ago) Before the replacement, I never see the Fuel Light on even when I am left with half bar. The 5-SMD LED bulb is said to be suitable for "T10 194 168 W5W 5050" I am wondering, is there something wrong with the LED 5-SMD bulb? or something wrong with my Fuel System? (Fuel Injectors, Fuel Filter, Fuel Pump etc) or something wrong with the original light bulb -_- My idling is a little rough recently. (since 3wks ago) If you can see from the photo, the idling is about 100rpm more than usual 600rpm. Sometimes I notice rpm needle has very slight fluctuation, but sometimes it just sits there. It used to be steady 600rpm at idling. Would this be a vacuum leak or boost leak? (sorry, i don't have a gauge) I get 305kms before reaching half bar of fuel (but every morning I need to endure 8kms of traffic congestion on the way to work) My oil pressure, is it a little low? (about 2months) It has been like this for a while. I have changed oil and oil filter recently. The vehicle is an 1993 RB25DET Automatic stock. I am not very good at car.

  5. Instrument Cluster not Working Properly ! (Tacho & Rev) So i have this problem when i got the car, Its been through a crash before i got it The Issue with it is that the Rev and Tacho doesn't work sometimes, for example ill be driving and the speedo and rev would be fine and then it would just both drop to 0 and the Kilometers on my dash would just disappear ! only thing that would be working is my Fuel gauge and my oil gauge ! so i wouldnt know what speed im going or how high my rev is, and then it would just come back to life after driving for a while. Sometimes i start the car and it wouldn't even work. So most of the time i have to have my GPS Speedo reader on my phone so i can keep track of my speed. The fuse is fine, i hear people telling me to replace the Instrument Cluster but im worried it would do the same thing because it is working and for some stupid reason instead of my REV being at 1000RPM when its warm and stationary its always at 2000RPM, some faulty shit going on but the engine is running perfectly fine. People said the Speed sensor might be faulty at the Ground cable, but what do people think it is PLEASE HELP !!
  6. Installing a AfterMarket TachoMeter So guys I'm trying to install a AfterMarket Tachometer on my R34 Skyline GTT 98. It's a Autotechnica one (Picture Below) The Tachometer has RED 12v Wire White (Lights up the Tachometer) Wire Black (Ground Earth) Wire & Green ( Tacho Sensor ) Now the only problem is I can't figure out what color my Tacho Wire is on my ECU I've looked up the diagram and it says Pin 7 but what color would it be, its hard to see and trace back. Someone has said Green/Yellow, some say Red/Yellow but which one is it, I don't want to cut the wrong wire. And also where would be the best place to hook up the Red Power Wire and the White Wire. I'm installing it on my Dash Cluster to replace my current one, because my Tachometer on my Original Dash isn't working properly so I'm using this to replace it.
  7. R34 Combo Meter/Instrument Cluster Question I replaced my globes ages ago with LED wedge T5 globes for my Instrument Cluster on my R34 GTT (manual). Since then the fuel gauge doesn't work anymore (only shows yellow light when fuel is close to empty). Recently I replaced the globes again with white LED wedge T5 globes and noticed that there are no screws where it says "GND" on the back of the cluster (right side). Is that normal? I would like to get my fuel gauge working again. I did have this problem ages ago and then I fixed it by cleaning the fuel sender last year, but I can't be F'd doing it again... It can't be dirty. It happened when I replaced the globes in the cluster. So many people get this problem and there is no answer out there to why it happens. So I would like to know if there is someone out there that have a solution to this problem before I go to try clean it. BTW, all wire harnesses to the cluster are pressed in very good and wire harness going to fuel tank is in firmly (I did check).
