Hey Gurls & Guys, Yes, I've searched but the results are old and some places don't exist anymore and there are new places that might have popped up then. So I recently acquired a pretty worn Recaro SR3 seat off another forum for a good price with the intention of reupholstering it and fixing up the bolsters. The bolsters are replaceable through a UK lot called Capital Seating http://www.capitalseating.co.uk/productlist.asp?type=s&view=range&rid=61&mid=2 they stock all the spares, also at a good price. Now the retrim part, I'm not too sure where to go. I know back in the days GTrim was pretty good/decent but I've heard they have shut shop. Any suggestions? I just want to retrim the wings and bolster areas. I'm hoping under $200 to trim in just fabric, nothing flash. I prefer the standard RECARO look if you know what I mean. Thanks!

Hi All, I was after some racing seats for my R32 GTR. Not too picky about the brand (Recaro, Bride, Sparco etc.) and has to be in reasonable condition. Would prefer rails specific for a 32 gtr but can source them separately if you have rails for a different car. Currently got the stock seats bolted so the Nismo seat cover if any are available, I also would consider. Thanks

Hey guys I'm new to this forum let alone any forum so if I did something wrong already let me know lol. Anyway I'm getting off my provisional licence soon and just finally keen to get my R34gtt. I have a few questions though. Firstly, I have a 1 and a half year old child, I know that a two door car isn't convenient but it's my dream and my Mrs agreed so it's a done deal, although I've heard that baby seats will be an issue. If anyone has a baby seat in the back of there r34 please upload pictures and let me know what model seat it is. Done with that point, I'm looking to get a manual so when I go r34 shopping what are some serious things I should keep an eye on. Not an expert with cars so I will bring someone with more knowledge but is there some things in particular that I should be aware of? Anyway thanks and drive responsibly ?

Hi all, Dunno if i posted in the right section, but recently purchased a set of Recaro SR-11 seats (with SRS) from an EVO X 08 model and in need of some genuine seat rails to fit a Skyline R34 GTT (1998). Same as the canvass2kickass skyline so I know its possible. Any suggestions other than hacking up my original seats to make them fit? Are there actually any rails available for this seat for the GTT? And are Recaro rails interchangeable between different seat models? Sorry for the questions, but any help is appreciated! Cheers, Lex

Has anyone fitted these recaros from an evo 5, into an r32 gtst ? I’m afraid they might put me up too high in drivers seat /against roof if they’re on rails as I’m 6 foot 4. Any input / advice would be great ? thanks

Hi folks, so I am looking to buy a set of front seats, and for that i need to get a seat bracket. Can anybody tell me if Seat brackets from the 300zx are compatible with the R33? An onlineshop is offering those or the ones from the r34. Not sure if any of these will fit into my r33 ... Thanks in advance

Just got some Recaro seat rails on the cheap for my car (stagea). My question is: do all recaros seats use the same size rail? (and other brands respectively as well) ie. if I have recaro rails can I safely go out and whack any recaro seat on it? I'm looking at nabbing seats from an Evo X, unless anyone else has any good leads!

I have an R33 GTR seat set, 2 x front and rear bench. I think they are out of a '96, they have the mauve/purple inserts in the headrest. The top part of the rear seat was sun affected [ie faded and UV weakened/rotted] so I took it to a local upholstery business and it has languished there for a few months now. They can't seem to find the grey brushed velour [not the centre inserts, we will be able to re use them] that is endemic to nearly every model. So I am looking for a supplier that can sell me 3 metres of this material so I can get the seat finished. Ideally I would go to some other business that can do the job but this would mean a long trip cos I live in a small town in the country, Sydney is 4 hrs away, Canberra is 2. Plus I feel that if I can find the right material then the upholsterer should be able to do the job [surely its not that difficult]. So does anyone know of code numbers I can ask about [okish], or a supplier [better]? TIA

Racetech 4009WHR seat for sale. FIA approved and a fantastic seat. Condition of the seat is excellent. There are your usual scratches on the shell from fitting etc, but the fabric/padding is in perfect nick. It was ordered with black wear patches instead of the usual grey, which makes it look a bit better imo. Only reason for sale is I bought this sight unseen and it's not a great fit for me, my ass moves around a little. This seat is the wide version so good if your not a hobbit. I can throw in some RPM side mounts, but does not come with any rails. I have never fitted it, i was going to mount it to the floor. $1000 in sydney Will definatley consider swaps for another seat (+cash if necessary), let me know what you have. This came from a Series 1 R33 Gtr so has the purple stitching Overall its in really good condition, the only blemish is on the bottom part of the seat where it looks like part of the trim has been repaired from a small hole. It's really not noticeable, the picture below shows the mark. No holes on the bolster as you normally see with Gtrs. Tops upgrade to the gtst or even 32 Gtr seat. $380 pick up Valley Heights, Sydney.

Have this in fairly good condition, wear on drivers bolster but its not bad. It's a good seat, but I have a pair of GTR seats that suit dailying a little bit better. Only selling because I bought as an impulse buy. Looking for $300 pickup Wantirna (Vic) Pics coming
